Well located and comfortable
Pros:

Well located in easy walking distance around Palermo, and close to the Aeroparque. Nice breakfast with a large range of options, and good ambience in shared spaces.

Cons:

We had a few hiccups which the staff did their best to overcome on a busy weekend. First was not having the correct twin bed set up in the room, which they fixed. Then there was no air conditioning in that wing of the hotel and they moved us across the road to a much more basic hotel and provided suitable compensation for the change of room.

O hotel é super bem localizado, quarto excelente. O pessoal do front desk é super prestativo. Café da manhã gostoso e servido num local aprazível.

Cons:

A limpeza dos quartos incomoda um pouco aqueles hóspedes que querem dormir até mais tarde, ou seja, existem alguns problemas de isolamento acústico.
