Pros:

疲れていたので駅直結はとてもありがたかったです。
部屋もキレイで部屋がホームの上だったので新幹線と電車がたくさん見られて子供もとても喜んでいました。朝食もおいしくて大満足でした。
また豊橋へ宿泊の際は利用したいと思います。

とても最高！
Pros:

就寝中に清掃員が間違ってインターホンとドアを開きかけてしまうミスがあり…ビックリしましたが
フロントでのスタッフの方の対応がとても良くて本当に感激しました！
今後、家族や友達と利用するホテルはアソシアさんに確定になりました☆☆☆☆☆

お布団が少し固いなって感じたので
もう少しふんわり柔らかなお布団だったら最高です！
枕の柔らかさは良かったです！

従業員の方々の接客姿勢が良かった。何度目かの宿泊ですが今迄で1番従業員のレベルが上がったのかなと感じました。事前にお願い事をしましたが丁寧なお返事も頂きました。やはり、人！ですね！
