Pros:

イベント中でお安く連泊できた　加湿清浄器があった

Cons:

西陽の当たる側の部屋に加えて各々の部屋での空調調節もできなかった　景色どころではなかった

また泊まりたいと思います。
Pros:

宿泊当日の予約となり、チェックイン時間も夕方になってしまいましたが、スタッフさんに適切で丁寧に対応いただけたおかげでスムーズに宿泊することが出来ました。
チェックアウト時間も正午までと、午前中ゆっくりすることができるのもとても快適です。

もう一度泊まりたい。

フロントの接客が満点でした。

チェックアウトが12時なので、ゆっくりできました。

スタッフ様のサービスはパーフェクト！
Pros:

フロントのスタッフ様の対応はどなたも素晴らしく、快く滞在できました。
また、お部屋の中に充電器類が備え付けられているのもとてもよかったです。

Cons:

お部屋内の清掃が完璧ではありませんでした。一部髪の毛などが浴室内に残っているなどありました。また、朝食ビュッフェの食事のクオリティがあまり良くありません。だし巻き卵や味噌汁などは美味しかったですが、中華コーナーのメニューととろろはクオリティが良いとは言えませんでした。特にとろろは残してしまうほどでした。（冷凍による離水かもしれませんが）また、夜の週末且つ駅ビルという立地と時間もあり、エントランス前で宿泊者ではない方が乗降者位置である箇所に長時間停車していたり、酔っ払いがビルのエントランスで大声を出しているなどしており、その辺りの管理をされるともう少し良いのかな、とは思いました。
ただ、全体的にスタッフ様の対応はとてもよかったので、もったいないなと思うばかりです。

朝食無料のクーポン?を発行している期間だったが、フロントではその情報を教えてくれなかった。
