快適ホテルと巡り会えました
Pros:

新幹線降りてすぐホテルと言う最高立地で便利すぎ。近くに飲食店も沢山あり快適に過ごせました。

Cons:

あくまでも私の不注意ですが…
慌てて冷蔵庫を開けようとしたため
お部屋の冷蔵庫の固定金具？扉止め？の部品で思いきり手を切ってしまいました…冷蔵庫注意です。

到着時の荷物預かりや　カウンターの方の対応　朝食の時の対応　笑顔の対応感謝　安心して　過ごせました　チェックアウトの際は　久しぶりの高校時代からの友人との写真をお願いしましたら　玄関に出てくださり　笑顔で対応していただき　ありがとうございました　この写真とともに新横浜アソシアさんの事を　思い出して　九州からの友達と　またお泊りしますね　気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました　どうもありがとうございました。

Pros:

スタッフの方はみなさん笑顔で、とても丁寧に対応してくださいました。
施設で使えるクーポンもいただきました。
新横浜駅直結で動きやすく、横浜アリーナからも徒歩圏内で助かりました。

Cons:

タオルに長い髪の毛。
自分はショートなので、誰のものかはわかりませんが、いい気持ちではありません。

Pros:

ロケーションは最高でした。部屋も広くてお風呂も快適🛁

Cons:

部屋にあるスマホ充電器はなかなか使えなくて、スタッフはとても丁寧に対応してくださったけど、交換しても使えなかったりして、時間ロスしてしまいました。

Pros:

Beautiful property with friendly and helpful staff. The location was great as it in the Shin Yokohama station which has a mall with restaurants and shops. Our daughter loved the kids slippers that were provided. The room was clean and well designed. The rooms are well insulated from sound and we couldn't hear any trains or traffic.

We like associa hotel , very convenient location, and have many restaurants just within reach.

Highly recommended, would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Room was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. Appreciated the guest lounge to relax with a coffee. Breakfast buffet was well stocked to cater for all tastes. Hotel reception staff were very polite and helpful. Location is very convenient.

Nothing I can think of, everything was fine.
