Perfect for a relaxing stay in Yokohama.
Pros:

The train station is located right under the hotel and there is lots of shopping & food in the building. The housekeeping staff come by everyday to take trash out, clean the room with new sheets, and provide new towels as well. All the staff were wonderful and the beds were super comfy.

Cons:

Its pretty busy all the time in the building, but thats expected from a major train station.

Very central for taxi and rail travel but no travel desk or information at reception.
Pros:

The location from travel was superb, right above Shin Yokohama rail network, also taxi rank on the lower floor.
Many many restaurants and shops available in the hotel complex.

Cons:

had limited English ability, but much more than my Chinese ability ! Problems and some frustration trying to arrange trips. No travel desk at reception or in the surrounding area..

房间挺大设施完善，这次主要是来看zutomayo新横滨的演唱会这家酒店离场馆步行仅8分钟路程。而且酒店所处大楼基本满足购物需求。
