Very uncomfortable, disturbing and unpleasant stay. I would NOT recommend (specially for westerners)
Pros:

Nothing .
We had major issues with noise.
The apartment is incredibly hard to find specially for a first comer to Japan.
It lacks the provision of basic comforts eg only 2 small plates and 2 bowels provided for 3 adults.
paper thin walls. We heard every activity of the neighbour including snoring in Day 1.
Day 2 & Day 3 were night mare. Loud screamin,shouting of males started around 10 pm went on till 2- 3 am. On Day 3 , I contacted the host mid night (he responded in the morning) as I was worried for our safety.
Washing machine provided but NO facilities for drying. )Only a very small rack and few hangers.When asked told to use the neighbourhood dryers. (How do I carry the wet cloths?)
The host is rigid, non flexible ., Our flight was at 6 pm. We requested a late check out at 12 noon as it was a long flight (> 15 hours) but host adamant that we vacate by 10 am. The 2 hours extra would made a difference to allow us to rest as we had no sleep due to noise of screaming of men.He ignored my plea to stay until 12 noon.
Very basic hob. No facility to cook.

I feel that booking.com have a responsibility by checking on facilities provided by host and feel very let down.

Cons:

2 Noise (ear plugs of cheap quality provided which was useless)
3. Lack of bare basic facilities.
4. Poor host /lack of compassion & flexibility.

It was very comfortable We loved it
Pros:

Great location right above the train station!! We were able to get to all the locations we wanted from there. The room was very quiet and the size was great . We enjoyed the breakfast also

一泊朝食付きであれば十分な内容のホテル
Pros:

新横浜駅直結でアクセスがとても良く、ホテルも客室も清潔感があった。

Cons:

ホテルに不満はないが、朝食時に利用するロイヤルホストのホール従業員の対応や所作は残念。
