Location is excellent. Clean. Staff are so friendly.
It’s such a shame that it needs a makeover. Hotel rooms are tired and worn. Bedrooms were so very hot it was uncomfortable. WiFi was very poor and I struggled to get a signal. This place could be amazing if it was in better condition.

Was quick getting checked in. Quite nice views I especially liked the bunny rabbits in the field

The lounge and lobby area in the hotel are quite nice and the terrace with the nice view towards the Humber Bridge.
The burger, that I had ordered, was tasty.

The room was dated and filthy. Not very clean and definitely not well maintained.
The heat in that room was unbearable!
There was a fan, yes, but its noise is not everybody’s ’cup of tea’. The combination of sticky air in the room, because the window’s are secured, the heat, the cold draft and noise by the fan, caused the worst ever sleep that I can remember in decades.
The mattress though was good…

Is not exactly HUMBER VIEW as advertised. Trees have grown since it was named. Rooms extra hot. no aircon. and little ability to open windows

The hotel is really great value. The room had everything we needed and was spotless. The staff were absolutely lovely and made us feel welcome straight away. Plus a cracking buffet breakfast!

The bedroom was very hot and smelt fusty and of drains. One of the ladies serving behind the bar was quite unhelpful.

Lovely staff. Comfy bed. Beautiful grounds. Loved the daybed pods in the garden. Very relaxing.
Plug didn’t work for the bath. Light flickering in bathroom. Breakfast pastries were a little bit stale. No air conditioning.

Roast dinner with Yorkshire puddings on Sunday would also be fantastic especially given people guest from all over the world stay here !
Absolutely fantastic stay, we stayed to go and visit the deep for my child's 3rd birthday. The staff were amazing and when we told them what we were travelling For and they went out of there way to get a birthday cake, card and presents for when we arrived for breakfast the next morning. It made the whole trip that bit more special. Thanks again to all the staff 10/10 this is our second time staying at the hotel and definitely won't be out last
