Pros:

Majorly in need of room refurbishment. Terrible access to rooms too. No lift, not ideal with lots of a baggage. Check in staff very basic customer service. A huge gypsy wedding was taking place the following day with the guests all there the night before causing major disruption to my stay, sleep etc.

Pros:

Reception staff were a delight; provided comprehensive overview of hotel and facilities on arrival; very welcoming too; nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay. Bar staff amiable and efficient. Room upgraded at no cost which was a welcome surprise. A comfortable nights sleep was experienced in a clean well maintained room. Will definately stay here again. Thanks to the Hotel team who clearly work well together :) Top marks...

Hotel in need of an update
Pros:

Hotel it tired and in need of an update, especially shower curtains to be removed....they are so unhygienic! The rooms are unbearably hot and considering it is only 15 degrees outside i would not want to stay there when it is any warmer. Also made the mistake of accepting a room next to stairs which was quite noisy.

Steady away.
Pros:

Rooms were fine, cleanish, shower was poor.When went to put fan on, room was covered in dust and fluff off the fan.

Check in was fine. Plenty parking. Would stay again.

Slumber near the Humber
Pros:

We stayed over for a night on a motorcycle trip. The hotel was perfect for our stay with beautiful views of the Humber from an open terrace at the back of the hotel. The room was nice and quiet with only the rabbits as neighbours. The bed was great too ensuring a good slumber near the Humber!

Pros:

The hotel reception and bar area is lovely with beautiful views of Humber Bridge, but the rooms are poorly ventilated, no aircon or power sockets by the bed and are in need of a facelift.
Aside from that a good bar with terrace, and breakfast are nice!
