Buono ma non per quel prezzo

L’accoglienza è il staf erano gentilissimi

SOLUZIONI AVVENIRISTICHE, TV IN CAMERA TONDO. TANTA SCENA MA POCA SOSTANZA

SOGGIORNO DI DUE NOTTI, ABBIAMO DOVUTO CAMBIARE 3 CAMERE PER IL RISCALDAMENTO CHE NON FUNZIONAVA ; ANCHE LA TV HA FUNZIONATO SOLO NELLA TERZA CAMERA. SPAZI COMUNI FREDDI.

Piccola nota stonata che non ci ha però rovinato il soggiorno ad Arezzo

La posizione è ottima perché rimane proprio sullo svincolo autostradale, parcheggio grande e gratuito all’aperto.

Cons:

Televisore non funzionante, non riceveva nessun segnale. Si opta per un cambio camera ma purtroppo la musica non cambia. Il televisore non riceve nessun segnale. Ci garantiscono che in nostra assenza per la cena riusciranno a risolvere il problema. Al nostro rientro la tv prende il segnale di un solo canale televisivo, per loro era sufficiente. Deludente il comportamento della Signora alla reception e da apprezzare invece il comportamento del ragazzo che era in servizio con lei, perché ha cercato di fare del suo meglio. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto risolvere il problema e a tutto questo si è aggiunto anche la climatizzazione della camera, che era fredda e lo è stata per tutta la notte. Questa struttura non credo che rientrerà nelle nostre scelte per il futuro. Quello che ci hanno prospettato come soluzione sembrava più che altro un susseguirsi di scuse per nascondere un problema non risolvibile che inevitabilmente è sfociato in una palese presa in giro. L’accoglienza dei Toscani non deve annoverare episodi di questo genere.

They steal your stuf no profalisme at all
Pros:

The rooms are nice and clean
If you come to the restaurant no profalisme they don't want proper clothes. They don't explan anything
The worse of all i forgot my watch and golden ring , i called couple hours later to ask about it and they only found the watch. The workers stole my ring!
