Good breakfast, very beautiful views.
Not a lot of mentions about it but there is an elevator from outside of level 0 (reception) to the parking lots at the foot of the hill, so you don't have to walk the winding road to get there. From downstairs you need to go along the tourist bus parkings and into the tunnel that will lead you to the elevator (there are some directions along the path).

Cons:

No dedicated parking spots, there are some free parking spots near the hotel and along the road, but that doesn't guarantee you get one - it was pretty full even in February. There are paid parkings at the foot of the hill and one more about halfway uphill.
Weak Wi-Fi, maybe only on level 6, but nonetheless. Signal is weak, keeps disconnecting and asking for login again and again.

Pros:

Driving from Palermo and touring Mt. Etna, we made it to hotel at night. There wasn't any place to park the car to check in, so I parked the car in front of the gates. As we checked in, I asked the receptionist where the parking lot is. He replied...the streets! After circling several times to find parking, I asked again where is the parking lot? He replied, a lot is down the hill. We found it, only to realize it was 3 blocks away going up a steep hill. The room was spacious with a balcony, but the Stand-Up Coffin Shower was a JOKE! This hotel is ideal if you're in a large tour group, not as individual or family.

Large hotel complex in a beautiful location. Some parts like the lobby and pool are renovated but rooms feel a bit dated. Seems to be very popular with large bus groups of retired people. Overall, a nice stay and good value for the money.

Struttura ben posizionata e con ottimi servizi. Buona la qualità del cibo e dell’offerta con la formula all inclusive xxl.

Cons:

Mediocre l’animazione e l’intrattenimento. La terrazza con idromassaggio piena di bambini. Inoltre è possibile accede alla palestra ma pagando un extra, che per la qualità del servizio offerto avrei evitato.
