It was a dreadful experience. The rooms were so small that it is difficult for one person to turn around in it.

Wir haben die Stadt London als sehr schön und freundlich erlebt. Das Hotel top Lage und sehr sauber.
Pros:

Die Lage war für uns sehr gut und sehr schöne Aussicht, das Früstück war auch gut. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr höflich und nett, danke!

Útil para lo que necesitábamos que era dormir y al menos se podían dejar las maletas custodiadas mientras visitas la ciu
Pros:

La ubicación es lo mejor. Está muy bien conectado con el metro y autobuses también hay varios sitios cerca para comer. Pese a que el check out era a las 11 pudimos dejar las maletas con ellos hasta las 5 de la tarde.

Cons:

Nos tocó una habitación bastante tranquila pero por la noche se escuchaba un poco el metro pasar y habían grupos de colegios de vacaciones gritando por los pasillos. Pero eso no es culpa del hotel.

Pusryčiai labai geri. Ypač visiems patiko karšti ką tik kepti vafliai. Vaikams to ir teireikėjo. Buvo galimybė užsakyt papildomai ir English breakfast (kainuoja asmeniui +3 svarai). Mums pasisekė (priešpaskutinę dieną virtuvės darbuotoja padarė nemokamai).

Cons:

Švara kambaryje (vonios grindis reiktų praplaut). Kambariai į stoties pusę gali būti triukšmingesni (rekomendacija rinktis į gatvės pusę Norfolk square - ten ramiau.
