Il personale delle pulizie, della reception, autista bus, è tutto il personale del ristorante , dall 'animazione con a capo Leandro, e tutti i ragazzi, Paolo, Angela, Sofia, e tutti gli altri, un plauso a tutti... Poi mi è piaciuto il pulman all' aperto. Quest'anno è stato migliorato, e il cibo cucinato era buono come cucinato solamente. Le bevande top, le pulizie in camera dai buone,... La piscina ok,..

Eccoci qua, tanto so già che il direttore che gestisce hotel. Di quello che scrivo io non glie ne può fregare un c... Perché a lui interessa solo che hotel faccia utile, e tutti i clienti l'anno capito.. Perché è assurdo sono stato 7 notti mangiare sempre le stesse cose pazzesco stavo esaurendo, so già a memoria gli antipasti fatti da.. Olive verdi e nere, formaggi pecorino svizzero, mozzarelline, insalata russa.. E varie insalate crude, funghi ecc sempre gli stessi, per non parlare del cibo caldo e i 2 sempre merluzzo impanato,e salmone, maiale, salsiccia, pure e patatine, tonno cipolla, scombro, pollo impanato..... Mai un 'orata una spigola zero pesce spada, mai gamberoni, o altro pesce zero.... Mai una bistecca di vitello, mai petto di pollo zero... I primi stessa cosa pasta pomodoro immangiabile perche la salsa molto ma molto Agra immangiabile, sempre riso, e poi pasta funghi e salsiccia o con il nero o arrabbiata,, questa è stata la settimana... La frutta anguria è ananas, oltre mele, pere, rovinate come le albicocche e le pesche, E IL CIBO RIMASTO VIENE RICICLATO PER L'INDOMANI COME ANTIPASTO I CONTORNO COTTO.... Il ristorante pure un po' sporco ho fatto foto, come sporchi i bagni fronte ristorante... E come da schifo. L'aria climatizzata delle camere, lo voluto far intervenire perché per ben tre volte ho fatto la, sauna di notte, perché non funzionava bene,... Finisco e dico se magari lo leggesse il direttore, così la gente muore dalla monotonia del cibo, gli utili ne faccia meno e cerchi di cambiare menù, consideri che è il 2 anno che sono venuto, e non è cambiato nulla.....

The shuttle bus to the town and beach and the pool plenty of sun loungers , the animation staff were fun and encouraging and spoke to everyone with genuine interest the bed was comfortable and the rooms very clean

Cons:

The fact you couldn’t even dive into the pool was silly it’s deep enough but ok fare enough it says no diving .. so out son jumped in and was told off ! Even a young girls at 8 jumped in no need or wasn’t a dive

Splendida vacanza

Il personale della struttura accoglie i propri clienti con il garbo, la disponibilità e la cordialità tipiche della Sicilia. Ho viaggiato con i miei genitori, mio padre, novantenne, è arrivato poco stabile sulle gambe, bisognoso di avere sempre qualcuno vicino per poterlo aiutare; In 15 giorni è tornato indietro di 10 anni! Era tanto che non lo vedevamo così. I comfort della struttura, la possibilità di usufruire di navetta per raggiungere il mare e bus per Taormina, gli hanno permesso di godersi la vacanza in tutta serenità. Ringrazio di cuore tutto lo staff, che spero di rivedere il prossimo anno.

Cons:

Purtroppo c'è gente maleducata, incapace di rispettare gli ambienti in cui vivono e il lavoro che viene svolto per permettere a tutti di godere della vacanza.

Pros:

Hotel chociaż nie nowy ale ładny, czysto. Dobra lokalizacja, personel bardzo uprzejmy. Basen duży , codziennie czyszczony. Dowóz na plażę busikiem hotelowym bezpłatnie.

Cons:

Nie podobały mi się drinki w papierowych kubkach. Nie podobało nam się również to , że w basenie dla dorosłych było dużo dzieci. Jak również to że ludzie palili papierosy,cygara na leżakach przy basenie, powinien być zakaz , żeby nie przeszkadzać tym którzy nie palą.
