Pros:

We are returning guests, that says a lot. We love the hotel, beautiful garden, friendly staff, good evening parties, good food, in my opinion one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, where the hotel bus takes you!

Pros:

A very nice hotel with a very helpful and friendly staff. There is a wide variety of food, although the overall quality is average. The main pool is very deep, while the other one is for toddlers — there’s nothing in between. The kids’ club is very neglected and extremely hot; it would be better to close it. The entertainment team has very limited resources for keeping the children entertained.

Overall, though, the experience was very good.

Pros:

Struttura molto bella e grande. Buon cibo e navetta comodissima sia per raggiungere il lido che il centro. Proprio fuori all’hotel passa il bus per arrivare a Taormina. Consigliato.

Cons:

L’orario per le pulizie spesso non era adeguato.

Aria condizionata nn funzionante e nn sanificata.
Cibo abbondante ma cucinato mediocramente e di bassa qualità. Poca fantasia nelle scelte delle pietanze in 7 giorni hanno ripetuto almeno 4 volte le stesse pietanze

Posto e atmosfera di sera in piscina con musica dal vivo molto bella e rilassante, miniclub e giochi bambini, se segnalata una mancanza si cercava di rimediare, colazione internazionale buona e abbondante quando i cornetti erano freschi

Camera familiare per 4 persone un soggiorno di due settimane senza balconcini o comodità per poter asciugare teli o biancheria!!!!!, posto pensato per soggiorno di pochi giorni... menù praticamente uguale ogni tre -quattro giorni, animazione molto molto molto soft e con programma serale ripetitivo, quando c'era. Il mare è molto lontano e non raggiungibile velocemente senza navetta, il servizio navetta organizzato malissimo e nei momenti di pieno si attendeva sotto il sole anche mezzora....Il posto è idoneo per una vacanza di 3 o 4 GG, noi che abbiamo fatto due settimane. Spesso cibi surgelati o riscaldato il giorno dopo. Non capisco come in un posto del genere gli unici piatti per bambini sempre presento fossero pastina in brodo, minestrone e pasta in bianco o con sugo .... La pulizia lasciava molto desiderare soprattutto bei posti in comune...Le 4 stelle non si vedevano e sono regalate... Sia il prezzo che la qualità sono di un 3 stelle.

Cons:

il variare dell'orario delle pulizie della camera alcuni giorni è stato in orario pomeridiano quando si voleva riposare. Il servizio di navetta dovrebbe essere meglio organizzato in funzione dell'orario del pranzo e dovrebbe iniziare alle 8,30 ,orario di apertura del lido invece che alle 9.
