No good for even minor mobility issues
Pros:

Its location

Cons:

It’s misleading from photos. It’s a facade and unless you look closely you won’t realise that it is no longer a grand hotel and a shop is where the apparent entrance would have originally been. The real entrance is around the side and very unimposing.
Also whilst I knew there were no lifts and I had requested a low floor bedroom due to previous reviews, it was still a good flight of stairs to the room ( 21 if i remember correctly )
I was told that there was no problem, as there was always someone on the desk to help with luggage etc. But when I checked in I had to wait about 5 minutes for someone available to bring it. This obviously isn’t normally a problem for most, but as I had to check out very early to catch a train to go to Heathrow, I really had no confidence that there would be someone on the desk who could assist in moving my suitcase very early in the morning. So I ended up checking out the night before.
It’s a basic hotel despite the name, though the price does reflect this.

Overall, it was a wonderful and hassle-free stay in a great location.
Pros:

The staff was lovely and the location in Oxford was perfect for us, being just a five-minute walk from the train station. This made it very convenient to leave our luggage at the hotel and immediately head out to explore. The room itself was impressively spacious, comfortably accommodating me and my two teenagers in a triple room setup.

Cons:

For what it was and value for money - it was great!
