Amazing stay and very helpful reception
Pros:

Very spacious rooms, didn’t expect to get a bedroom and separate corridor to the bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows. There’s no lift to the upper floors, but the reception gentleman was nice enough to carry all our suitcases upstairs for us.

Cons:

Bathroom offers a separate shower, but the glass doors couldn’t be fully closed so the floor got wet after showers

Pros:

Great location for walking distance into main centre and short walking distance from train station. The room was superb, a double room was booked. Very comfortable bed and lovely furnishings. Kettle in room and biscuits.....Hair dryer also in room and worked well. Beautiful bathroom and lovely towels, also shower and body gel.

Cons:

Pressure of shower in bathroom, was ok but not brilliant.

Awful Hotel
Pros:

Location.. The first receptionist was very friendly

Cons:

The step between room and bathroom high and dangerous... The room was VERY HOT could not adjust it at fan was too noisy worst of all the air conditioning units were outside the room making it very difficult to sleep.... Mattress too hard and high . The receptionist on checkout asked how our stay was then ignored the answer... Seriously why ask!!! The left luggage was not secure luckily we had nothing of value in our cases
