Eleonora Hotel Apartments

В одном из номеров было холодно, кондиционер не работал. В другом плохо работал дверной замок, ключ заедал. И во всех номерах совершенно нет посуды. Есть кухня, но ей невозможно воспользоваться, так как нет даже тарелок.

-Brak wyposażenia kuchni ( było tylko to co na zdjęciu - 3 kubki, nóż stołowy, mała łyżeczka i scyzoryk )
-Telewizor z lokalnymi programami bez możliwości podłączenia swojego np Netfixa;
- zaproszenie na śniadanie dostaliśmy gdy już opuszczaliśmy mieszkanie i byliśmy po śniadaniu. Postanowiliśmy jednak wejść na kawę. Pani w restauracji spytała o numer pokoju i kazała zająć miejsce … i tyle ja przez 10 min widzieliśmy. Nikt nie podszedł do stolika i musieliśmy zrezygnować z kawy w tym miejscu …

Całokształt mojej wizyty w obiekcie okazał się tragiczny. Jesli chodzi o apartament to był on czysty, w dobrej lokalizacji. Jednak gdy wieczorem położyłam dziecko spać zaczęło się bardzo kręcić na łóżku. Okazało się, że były tam robaki pod poduszką i w pościeli (na nasze oko to pluskwy). Niestety byłyśmy zmuszone w nocy przenosić się do innego hotelu.
Właściciel nie widzial problemu i nie mogliśmy dojść do porozumienia.

Kuchenka nie podłączona, , brak talerza, garnka czy patelni... Jest tylko jedna łyżeczka i jeden nóż do kotletów.

the apartment was barely furnished, unlike the images listed on the booking. there were no bedside lamps, no kitchen utensils (or basically anything but a fridge in the kitchen), no paintings, no flowers, etc. Next, the staff were unpleasant when confronted about this; they mentioned they have 30 rooms and not all are like what they are on pictures. if this was minor details we wouldn't care, but this apartment basically had a bed, a couch, a barely working tv (no hdmi or smart options, 10 yo screen if you sum it up), a table which was not bolted properly but GLUED WITH SILICONE to the base, it wasn't particularly clean (lots of dust and hair beside the bed), there was mold in a few places, and the staff was playing us for fools saying that what you see on images, ie a microwave, is "not a microwave, but a storage box". there was also a safe box which was not working, and when asked about it they said it's not a service they provide and "you didn't pay for it", even though we would've been glad to do so, especially after reading some low rating reviews where theft was mentioned (go look it up). overall pretty bad experience and we wouldn't repeat it here even if they paid us to stay.

Nicht genug Besteck oder Zuberetungsmöglichkeiten.

The air conditioning is not working in a period with very cold temperature. The manager did't take a mesure.
There are no slippers in the rooms. There are no glasses, or any cutlery for the small kitchen in the room.
Because of the air conditioning system not working in the bedroom, I got sick and no measures were taken to repair it, or supplement it with a heating device

Evőeszköz nincs. 3 főre 1 db kés és 1 db kis kanál, valamint 3 db bögre volt biztosítva.

The communication with the host. Almost impossible. This made the entire experience frustrating and difficult to navigate.

Προσπαθήσαμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε την τηλεόραση αλλά
Από η ώρα 13:00 που ήμασταν εκεί μέχρι δεν είδαμε κανένα από το προσωπικό για να ζητήσουμε πετσέτες
Σήμερα το πρωί η ώρα 8:50 που φεύγαμε ήταν 2 γυναίκες που μάλλον ήταν του προσωπικού
