Pros:

The location was great and it was nice and clean

Cons:

When we stayed there the lift wasn't working so it was hard lugging our luggage up to the 3rd floor 😌

Great stay pre and post the three capes walk. The staff kept our extra bags stored while we were away

Fabulous little getaway in Hobart
Pros:

Loved the location. So super close to everything, walking distance to everything I wanted to do and see over 2 days. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the inclusion of a coffee pod machine was a fabulous touch. The room was very quiet, hard to believe there was anyone else around. Upon checkout, I was able to leave my bag at reception for a few hours while I explored before heading home. Both receptionists were lovely and friendly, and able to provide me with answers to any questions I had.

Cons:

Not the fault of the property, and nothing too serious, but their lift was out of action. The property kept me informed of this via emails and also apologised on check in for the inconvenience. It was a very minor detail that in no way hindered my experience in Hobart, or of the property itself.

Good location, tired residence.
Pros:

You can't go past the location, it's perfect. The room is very large. The shower had good pressure. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

While the room was clean its very tired to look at. Stained carpet and dodgy paintwork. There is no sound proofing so all night we could hear, very loudly, toilets and basins being used. Also the lift wasn't working, we were told beforehand, but our room was opposite the stairwell and people's apartment doors and the stairwell door reverberated in our room constantly waking us. The whole floor smelt of damp, not pleasant. The bed is on rollers so everytime you wanted to sit up in bed it moved away from the wall, very annoying.
