Pros:

How close it was to everything and it was only a short walk to the mall etc

Cons:

Cons:

It was originally a single room apartment but with a king size added in the end of the dining room . Not ideal but satisfactory . Main bedroom was not able to benefit from the aircon due to having to close the bedroom door for privacy for occupants . Insufficient lotions for shower ing initially but soon put right by staff .bathroom needs an update but all works ok

Proximity to city and attractions. Bus stop across the road providing access to SKY bus, MONA Ferry, sightseeing buses etc.. .
Walking distance to Salamanca Market, supermarket, restaurants and tour offices.

Comfortable apartment with adequate kitchenette for preparation of breakfast and simple meals.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights there - the location and value for money was excellent.
Pros:

The room allocated was spacious, well furnished and more than met our needs. The location was excellent for reaching everywhere. Would highly recommend to other travellers who don't need a pool or some of the other bells and whistles of more recently built apartment blocks.

Great value for money
Pros:

This is a fantastic location and great value for money. You are over the road from Brooke Street Pier and just a walk up the stairs to Franklin Park for street eats at Franko. Our room was super spacious and perfect for our 3 nights. There are an array of cafes, bars and restaurants at your fingertips and even better, coffee just steps out of the front of the hotel. We would come back.
