No estaba incluido el desayuno. La ubicación muy buena.

Cons:

Que se incluyera el desayuno.. y tuve un problema con una reserva. Estaría bien confirmar las reservas a través del teléfono móvil.

ho soggiornato presso la Vostra struttura dal 7 al 10 agosto ed quando ho fatto il checkout prima di lasciare l’hotel ho chiesto di tenere i miei bagagli e del mio amico nel vostro deposito bagagli dove sono rimasti per un’ora e mezza circa dalle 11 alle 12:30 dopodiché li ho ritirati e caricati in macchina per ripartire. In uno dei miei 2 bagagli, uno zainetto, avevo 2 paia di scarpe mocassini di colore blu che non ho più ritrovato e che mi mancano. Sono sicuro al 100% che le mie 2 paia di scarpe sono state prese dal mio zainetto da quella stanza dove erano depositati i bagagli. Ho prontamente chiamato alla struttura che non mi hanno saputo dare spiegazione.

La web del hotel, a través de la que entré, indica cláramente que TODAS las habitaciones tienen desayuno continental incluido. Luego te redirige a Booking, donde no dice nada, ni da la opción de contratar desayuno, ni opción de habitaciones con/sin desayuno, lo que lleva a pensar que EFECTIVAMENTE, lo que dice la web es cierto: ¡PUES NO! En recepción indican primero que esa web ya no la gestiona la propiedad, luego que está desactualizada, y que no hay desayuno, que les da igual que te sientas engañado por su publicidad engañosa: resultado, hoja de reclamaciones. Por el precio de la habitación (muy mala relación calidad/precio, aunque lo aceptas por la fecha), y el del desayuno continental, ya son ganas de que se vaya un cliente enfadado.
