Buena ubicación, limpio, caro, PERO ¡OJO que aunque prometen desayuno, es falso!

La web del hotel, a través de la que entré, indica cláramente que TODAS las habitaciones tienen desayuno continental incluido. Luego te redirige a Booking, donde no dice nada, ni da la opción de contratar desayuno, ni opción de habitaciones con/sin desayuno, lo que lleva a pensar que EFECTIVAMENTE, lo que dice la web es cierto: ¡PUES NO! En recepción indican primero que esa web ya no la gestiona la propiedad, luego que está desactualizada, y que no hay desayuno, que les da igual que te sientas engañado por su publicidad engañosa: resultado, hoja de reclamaciones. Por el precio de la habitación (muy mala relación calidad/precio, aunque lo aceptas por la fecha), y el del desayuno continental, ya son ganas de que se vaya un cliente enfadado.

Pros:

Tres bon rapport qualite-prix. C'est un hotel 2 etoiles donc on ne peut pas s'attendre un grand luxe mais les chambres sont spacieux, il y a un climatisation, les lits confortables et l'emplacement proche du vieux centre et la plage est top. Il y a un petit restaurant avec des bons plats pour le petit dej ou brunch/lunch (oeufs brouille avec saumon, avocat, smoothies, etc).

Pros:

El recepcionista muy amable, y te indica todo lo que necesites saber de la ciudad. La ubicación perfecta. En pleno casco antiguo, pero muy cerca de todo. Está muy bien calidad precio para ser Marbella. No se puede pedir más.

Excellent value and superb location
Pros:

Really great location for the old town.
Hotel & room were exceptionally clean.
À la carte breakfast was great, and good value.
Staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Parking is a real problem in Marbella! (You have to find free or paid parking.
The hotel rating would have been all 10’s if there had been a mini fridge and a safe in the room!
