The Chinese tourist destroy the vibe of the facilities.
Pros:

The location to area.

Cons:

Every day in the morning and the evening loads of buses of Chinese tourists arrive at night around 6pm and leave in the morning at around 6:30am/7:30am. They have no manners ansd in the breakfast area eat and act like people who have never seen food nor experienced manners. They were filling up their water bottles from the cranberry and milk dispensers. Reaching across you when you are trying to choose your own food. The experience was very off-putting. When I questioned the floor manager at the time "How do you put up with this?" he said that he could do nothing otherwise they would lose the clientele booking agency. They were even walking out filling up their pockets with additional food items.

Cons:

Unfortunately for me there was a sports event on in the area and the hotel was packed with teenagers. Was a bit noisy until 9pm and the restaurant was very full. Avoided breakfast to avoid the crowd. Unlucky timing for me. Happy to stay again.

Cons:

Shower was not the cleanest , the top of the recessed shelf looked like It had not been wiped down for a long time. The shower mixer was also worn out so it was hard to set the temp , too hot or cold and sometimes it would lose friction and fall down to the off position.

Was disappointing and wouldn't stay again however would visit the restauant again
Pros:

It was very central to where we wanted to go. The restaurant. Food and Staff was amazing

Cons:

The rooms felt cold and damp as were the beds no.electric blankets and very hard

I don’t think I’d come back again.
Pros:

The location was good, and the restaurant food was amazing. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Cons:

The rooms are quite dated for the price they are charging. Plus a bus load of tourists came in at 9pm and made a racket. The hot water took ages to come through and the pressure in the shower dismal. The jug was only able to be plugged in near the tv screen and the lampshades were cracked. When the bathroom light was switched on the fan came on and it was so noisy.

Overall not a good experience
Pros:

Room 109 was not cleaned until 7:00 PM. The keys were handed over to us before the room had been serviced, and we had to coordinate with the reception staff until it was ready. We finally received the cleaned room at 7:00 PM.

Cons:

Not well organized and room 109 was very dirty at the time of receiving the key. We had to wait till 7pm to receive the room 109
