Superb
Pros:

Simple booking and checking in process. Done by WhatsApp / email / Booking.com messages. You simply have codes for the front door and bedroom door so you can enter whenever you like if you are later in the day.
The rooms are large, comfortable and clean.
Not much in the location, but great for an overnight stop if travelling, I got straight on the main road in the morning.
I didn't take breakfast as this is served from 0730 and I was gine before then.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen.
Personal sehr nett aber das Frühstück war nicht gut. So schlimmen Kaffee hab ich noch nie getrunken.

Pros:

Bij aankomst geen warm water dus 2 dagen niet kunnen douchen! Slechte verlichting in de kamer die kapot was en een halfbakken ontbijtbuffet, wat er echt karig uitzag! Uiteindelijk gaf men ons een korting op ons verblijf.

Ondanks de gunstige ligging voor de kerstmarkt in Aken, echt een afknapper.

Pros:

Things were great but we stayed there on sort of regional holiday 11/11.Music was right across the square which was okay in spite of the fact it went on until 3:00 AM. Hotel was not a problem if you paid attention to the door coding system.

Gut gelegen, ruhig, sauber. Freundliches Personal, das flexibel und unkompliziert alles arrangierte. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Good rooms, bad service
Pros:

The room, beds, etc were good and comfortable

Cons:

The bar next to the hotel had very, very loud live music band playing just below our window which made it impossible to sleep. We called the hotel manager who asked for the music to be turned down which clearly did not work. When we asked for another room further away from the music the hotel manager refused while the hotel was pretty much empty so plenty of rooms were available. Very bad service mentality.

The rest, the friendly staf….Betty well-gromde lady who Providence breakfast! With globes! And a verry good bed!

Cons:

Two younger (dark complexion) ladies helped with breakfast(Saturday morning), but were constantly busy with their haircut!
