Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de plaza mayor y puerta del sol. Además se puede llegar fácilmente al Prado

Cons:

Deberían mejorar el tema de aislamiento del ruido externo, ya que el Pub de enfrente inicia a las 10 pm y termina a las 5 am, haciendo que el dormir sea incómodo.

My stay at the hotel had several positive aspects. The location was excellent, very central and convenient for getting around and exploring the area. The breakfast was good and sufficient, covering all the basic needs. The staff was particularly friendly and welcoming, always willing to assist. Additionally, the housekeeping service was at a very high level, keeping the room clean and well-maintained.

Cons:

On the downside, there were a few issues that affected the overall experience. There was a persistent unpleasant smell in the corridor leading to the room, reminiscent of dampness and poor ventilation. The mattress was not very comfortable, which impacted the quality of sleep. Furthermore, the bathroom door in the room was broken and did not close properly, something that definitely needs to be fixed.

O atendimento dos funcionários é maravilhoso, principalmente as meninas que servem o café da manhã.
O quarto em que eu fiquei tem uma sacada maravilhosa para você desfrutar de um dia de sol ou uma noite uma noite mais quente

Achei o quarto extremamente pequeno , o banheiro ao meu ver não
