Great location
The air on was not working correctly issue with availability of lift as there were women working on site
The room size was decent however, my room was dirty, there was debris on the floor due to renovation work which took place in the hotel. My floor was not clean at all however I chose not to complain given the fact you get what you paid for and the staff were lovely.
My main reason for choosing the hotel was the location, it's in central Madrid near the shopping centre and that was important to me. I just needed somewhere to sleep and didn't care much for aesthetics this time around. That is the only complaint I have beside the room not having a mini fridge or a telephone to call the concierge desk, which would have been nice. However, I loved the location and it did the job.

Not clean at all there was a construction going on and everything was full of dust. On top, it was very noisy.
