10/10 pleseant stay and very happy customers
Pros:

The apartment was amazing and gorgeous. We definitely loved our view and we would love to stay in the same room when book in future. The staff was so friendly and gave us plenty of information during our stay. Instruction was so simple to understand and people staying there as well was so kind to us. We all enjoyed our stay there and would recommend the accomadation to our friends and families.

There was nothing to dislike.

Pros:

Very continent location , you are just stone throw away from cairns central and cairns train station .good size bedrooms with aircon in each bedroom and living room .

Cons:

Minimum or no supplies provided for basic kitchen needs such as dishwasher tablets , liquid , tissues . No gloves for microwave. Vaccum cleaner is quite outdated .

Nice place but not worth top star billing price. Would stay again if price was right.
Pros:

The staff were helpful, location was good. Lovely family place but not for top price, not as advertised as 5 star. Overpriced for reasons stated below. We had a lovely holiday together dispite the issues.

Cons:

Your ad said 5 star . Was dusty, mouldy cutting board, dirty grill, insufficient cutlery for even 3 people, main bedroom TV not working properly, vacum cleaner had issues as well, plastic plants dropped in pots looked unfinished, the access remotes were temperamental. All manageable but definately not what you expect at 5 star priced accommodation. We had hoped to spoil ourselves with luxury and got average instead. Did not contact staff over these issues at the time as it was Christmas and I'm not a Grinch but still feel you need to know. No offence intended.

The place we will come back again.
Pros:

The place is at perfect location in the Cairns city, right next to the shopping mall and 13 minutes walk distance to fleet terminal. The place was well set up and clean. The beds were very comfortable. We will certainly come back and stay at the same place when we visit Cairns next time.

Nice and friendly but pricing didn’t meet expectations

Cons:

Sheet and blanket only on bed, bad pillows
Ac didn’t work in bedrooms, lots of stairs, noisy due to being near Police station sirens.
