Pros:

La ubicación perfecta. Cerca de las mezquitas,el bazar y encima un super al lado. La habitación tal cual las fotos muy limpias.

Por decir algo pondría más variedad en el desayuno

Останавливаемся не первый раз, хорошее расположение отеля. Подходит для пары дней, чтобы погулять по городу

Sejur extrem de placut.
Pros:

Personal foarte amabil, saritor, gata sa te ajute mereu cu orice informatie.
Locatie amplasata perfect, aproape de obiextivr turistice side statia de tramvai.

1. staff was not pleasant, not very helpful. everything when asked, the response was NO
2. access to hotel by car was a problem - car has to pick up from far away
3. when we have problem with taxi - the staff run away avoiding to help us

Ottima la posizione centrale, comodissima per visitare. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. Buona la pulizia

Cons:

Il phon funzionava male e ci hanno detto che era normale, o comunque non lo hanno sostituito. Gli asciugami a volte erano macchiati

Value for money and recommended
Pros:

The hotel is well located some 4 min walk from the tram station Cemberlitas. Hotel room was clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was simple but good.

Cons:

Not much to say except for bathroom were slightly rundown, but was appropriate.

Непоганий отель з гарною локацією.
Pros:

Готель дуже приємний, чистий. Чудове місце розташування. Тиха вуличками, але поряд з головними локаціями. Персонал дуже привітний. Особлива подяка співробітниці готелю Лікі.

Cons:

Номер в усіх розуміннях чудовий. Все необхідне є: фен, холодильник, чайник с запасами кави, чаю ,кондиціонер. Але є одна проблема. В моєму номері не було повноцінного вікна. Саме вікно було,иале воно виходило в якусь шахту. Її правда гарно оздобили, але доступу до свіжого повітря не було. Це треба враховувати людям, які бояться замкненого простору. Особисто мене це не дуже турбувало, бо і номері я тільки ночувала.

Nice for a couple of nights
Pros:

The room is big and clean. The staff is friendly and nice breakfast.

Cons:

The toilet flush was broken, and no-one fixed it because "it is weekend". We had to use alternative methods to flush...
Noisy - the windows - like to windows - we could hear how cats walk on the street.

Fake room description
Pros:

The room is clean, and the guy at the reception is very friendly. It was quiet.

Cons:

Be careful, when booking. They say in the description that the room is with the view (courtyard, landmark), but the room does not have the view at all. It doesn't have a window to the street, it has an artificial window to the artificial view - wall, no real outdoors. The room is the box. When we asked to change it, they said - that's what we booked. However, that was not what we booked.
