Das Hotel ist Überaltert jedoch sauber und das Essen war gut

Unverständlich, dass man in der Hotellerie arbeitet, wenn einem Gastfreundschaft so fremd ist.
Renovationsbedürftig ist zumindest der Empfangsbereich.

Personal war unfreundlich

Ils ont oublié de passer pour nettoyer la chambre, nous avons réclamé une fuite au niveau de la douchette qui n'a jamais été réparée..

Wlan Verbindung ab dem 2.Stockwerk schlecht bis kein Empfang. Ansonsten gutes Hotel

The owners who are mom and son are just the angels of the place. They go an extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and not go hungry. The property is awesome and the bar though small had all the goodies one needs.
The Son is a true human being. We reached late and the dining was closed for the night. Even then he made sure that we got something to eat and made some fries and bread with butter and treated us to a very local peach schnapps to top the experience.
The Mom is an excellent chef and you do not want to miss her homestyle cooking.

The premises are very dirty (dust, cobwebs, food scraps) and the whole building is in poor condition and unkept. In addition, the staff was unfriendly and the breakfast buffet very basic. Unfortunately, for these reasons, I cannot recommend this accommodation at the asking price.

Il villaggio è molto caratteristico. Panorama molto bello. L'albergo è piuttosto datato, avrebbe bisogno di un rinnovamento. La pulizia potrebbe essere migliore. Buona la colazione

Ich möchte keine Bewertung schreiben. Ich fühle mich zur Abgabe einer Bewertung nahezu genötigt. Das nervt.

Gammelt og en del slitt hotell. Enkel frokost med godt brød. Overnatting på vei til noe annet.

Der Sohn der Inhaberin kam lustlos und unfreundlich mit dicken Kopfhörern auf der Birne ohne zu Grüßen an die Rezeption. Das Restaurant war geschlossen und der Anruf zur Reservierung in einem nahegelegenen, bekannten Restaurant wurde nur sehr unfreundlich getätigt. Das Zimmer war im 4. Stock und der Aufzug ist schon seit Jahren außer Betrieb.

Alles wie immer super. Gutes Essen, ein Zimmer zum Schlafen und alles unkompliziert.

I don't know how this kind of hotel exists in Switzerland. Expedia shouldn't have this hotel in the Expedia system. Room beds not cleaned up. Bed covers not replaced at all. Very dirty in the room and in the bathroom as well. Smells so rotten. It looks no maintenance provied.

Friendly staff very helpful. It was the most beautiful place.

Watch out ,,,, no food or bar service , you really should info people that the place is closed for food and drinks , we left after one night was booked in for two , but when you’ve had a long day , last thing you want to do is go find food and drink , also breakfast was appalling , not even a good morning from member of staff 😡

Beautiful place to stay!

We enjoyed our 4 day stay and the breakfast and dinner were really good. We had a great view from our balcony.

God middag fanns tre olika förslag att välja mellan.
Frukosten var fattigt.
Men vad som drog ner känslan var att Wifi inte fungerade i på våningar över plan 1. samt i vårt rum på balkongen var golvet/brädor saknades risk för olycka se bilder.
I badrummet fanns endast bara små påsar schampo å en liten tvål. (Se bilder)
Skadorna på balkongen är anmälda till berörda myndigheter.
