Amazing stay! Staff was super friendly, room was spotless and cozy, and the food was delicious. Great location and top-notch service. Definitely a 5-star experience—highly recommend!
I will come again with family as well bring more frieda

Kitchenettehas no dishes, no microwave, no soap, no cookware. Stains on walls, carpets, drainage issues, lack of maintenance
Area isn’t the cleanest, locals nearby are very rude, dirty streets, garbage,
Bed and pillows was comfortable
Not worth the 400$/ night I paid ( due to local exhibition that I didn’t even attend

Värdelöst boende som är alldeles för övervärderat. Priserna borde ligga på 10 dollar per natt. Det var som att komma till ett hotell i 3e världen. Bo här om du vill känna doften av cigaretter och hemska lukter i ditt rum från tidigare gäster. Vidare är det smutsigt överallt och rummen är väldigt slitna och trasiga möbler. Personalen är inte service minded och behöver träning i hur man hanterar stressiga situationer. Vidare behöver de lära sig hur de ska prioritera sina arbetsuppgifter. Vi fick vänta 1h innan receptionisten checkade in oss eftersom hans kollegor störde honom i arbetet hela tiden.

the receptionist girls were very rude. there were only one towel for two guest. the room service cleaned the room,one the second day, but did noteven change the one towel from previous day. called the front dest 3 times beside being ruden never send a towel for us to take a shower. worst experience in Dubai.

Hotel is good and well kept location wise also good, spacious rooms, the only problem is lack of staff and poor housekeeping, we have to ask for very basic things from them which they should’ve had in a hotel room
Like TOWEL and many other things, breakfast buffet a wide selection but only 1-2 staff struggling to fill up and cope the pressure.

PLEASE RECRUIT MORE STAFF

Very basic and unhygienic setup. Old building. Poor maintenance. Poor reception standards. Bathroom -no hot water, Never can be classed more than a 2 star. Falsely rated as 4 star, and overpriced for a basic setup. Best to opt for other recognised brands of hotels than these falsely portrayed hotels.

The moment my young son walked in the first thing he said was ewww this place is dirty and disgusting and I couldn’t agree more. It definitely was not worth the money. Our room was cleaned only once during our entire stay and I welcomed the service every day. It took an entire day just to get 2 towels. The TV did not work and the remote did not have working batteries. I asked front desk to fix it and that never happened. It was just awful.

I didn't get the room that I reserved, not even close. Something like just a little room. The guy said, you are just one person, meaning, the room that was given to me, was good enough to them. Please refund atleast the paid amount, not to mention the inconvenience of not having what I was supposed to have. Thank you

I was given a smokers room and also the TV kept losing the signal

Hotel need upgrade and maintenance. They dnt not provide glass and just the paper cup. Mobile network doesn’t work there and the internet was down. The washbasin tap was throwing water out of the basin. There was no suitcase stand to keep the suitcase.

Das Zimmer war richtig groß, aber Möbel war Etwas alt, die Schubladen konnte nicht gut zugemacht werden, das Schloss vom Fenster war abgebrochen und war etwas vom draußen lautet. Das Bett war gut groß. Arabische Kaffee und Datteln war in Loby kosten frei. Es gab aber keine Schalte zum fahrt zum Markt wie in der Hotel Beschreibung steht. Mann kann zu viele Möglichkeiten zu Fuß laufen. Leckeres Frühstück gab und große Büfett, personal war nett.

First we arrived and came to receptionist she told to wait without caring anything after 15 mins she always checked out other guests ignored us that waited for check in every time we ask she always said 1 minute. And after we checked in room wasn’t ready. We had to wait 1.30 hrs to get the room. Moreover we booked for king bed they gave us twin bed and offered to join the bed so we agreed but when we went to the room. No one did anything we had to tell reception again to follow up. We waited for long time every service was so slow have to call at least 2-3 times. Unfortunately, in the bathroom had water leaking from the ceiling we had to waited long time to fix and clean it. After they fixed it leakage again i don’t know how they fix. We tried to call them already .1 night enough for this hotel no more!! Bad service low quality. Staffs service like we ask the room for free and manager can’t do anything useless!!

Sehr schlechter Service, Räume waren schmutzig. Handtücher wurden nicht bereitgestellt. Der Lärm auf der Straße ist im Zimmer hörbar. Nicht zu empfehlen !

Possibly the worse hotel i have stayed in

1. Awful internet coverage - used hotspot on phone instead - Reported - Zero action Taken
2. Housekeeping useless - i hade to keep phoning to get towels and toilet rolls sent up to the room as room not cleaned also no coffee left
3. Lights in the room dangling down
4. Can only have the fridge or kettle plugged in at one time - Fridge actually heated the items
5. Not enough sockets in the room
6. Hairdryer situated in a drawer with no mirror near by
7. The lift was constantly out of action
8. the pool was freezing, i was told it was due to the owner not wanting to pay for heating
9. No towels by the pool, i was told to bring from the room, however there were none left in the room.. so a trip to reception was needed
10. There was a leak in our bathroom ceiling which was quite bad, i reported this twice but no action taken, the Maintenance man came to the bathroom to look, stared at it, laughed... then used my aftershave and said i will return later.... Never seen him again
11. the shower kept going really cold
12. the beds were changed once in our 8 night stay
13. where there was no stirrers left for the coffee i had to resort to using the complimentary tooth brush to stir

Other than that the bed was really comfy, other than that can't really offer any positives!!!

Overall Hotel is very nice and located in a good spot close to the malls and restaurants. But the service cleaning is not so good I stay there for 10 days they never change the bed sheets and the pillowcases and I had to ask for the towels every day the water in the bath sink got clogged nobody came to clean it The food is not so good in the Hotel. We are outside it was very good The Wi-Fi service very weak you cannot use it The refrigerator didn’t work and one more thing no one from the front desk told us that there’s a bus pick you up every morning to the beach and bring you back We’re found out from people later only last 3 days. We could of went to the beach all those days

Nice service 👍good stay and the staff were friendly. Near by megamall and all local attractions,sound coming from next building construction will definitely recommend to friends and family. Hope to see you next time ☺️

Good hotel value for money

The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. the cleanliness is not great, they need to work on that more.
