Spędziliśmy super czas, urocze miejsce.
Pros:

Super miejsce na odpoczynek w Dolomitach. Komfortowy pokój, do dyspozycji parking na zewnątrz bądź pod budynkiem. Bardzo przyjazny i uczynny personel. Nieduży, ale czysty basen, 3 sauny. Niedaleko Campo Magno.

Perfect ski holiday hotel.
Pros:

Very well organised for skiing, with an 'on demand' shuttle bus to drop off at the ski rental shop or the ski lifts, and great ski storage at the hotels, with heated lockers. The spa was great too, with a sauna, foot bath, spa bath and cooling off room.
My room had a large balcony overlooking the valley and the snow-covered mountains. Breakfast was great too! We did not have an evening meal at the hotel, but there are some great restaurants within walking distance, or get dropped off in town on the hotel shuttle. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and speak English.
The hotel also own a large restaurant at the top of a mountain. They provide snow-cat transport up the mountain from a car park in Madonna Di Campiglio. We ate there on the Saturday, excellent food and service, and a fun evening.

Lo staff sempre gentile e sorridente; la zona benessere; la ricca colazione

Un peccato che non ci sia il servizio cena (e quello in camera è ordinabile sono fino alle 18). Sarebbe utile avere almeno degli snack / servizio minimo fino alle 20.

Pros:

We just finished a week at this wonderful hotel, and honestly it was everything we hoped for and more.
The place is intimate, cozy, and spotless, with a perfect location surrounded by quiet and beautiful scenery.

But what truly made the stay special was the staff. Every single person was professional, kind, and genuinely warm. After just a few days, the breakfast team already knew exactly what each of us liked to drink those small details make all the difference. They were always smiling and happy to help with any request.

The breakfast was excellent, the coffee was great, and the sauna was clean and well equipped with robes there’s really nothing like a good sauna after a long day of skiing.

The hotel is about a 7 minute drive from Madonna, and honestly, we realized it’s much nicer to stay here and use the shuttle into town (with Felix, the lovely driver) than to be in the middle of all the noise.

It’s rare to find a place that truly checks every box: beauty, cleanliness, quality, and outstanding service.
We already know we’ll be back here next year.

Pros:

Загалом дуже хороший готель, чудовий краєвид, достойний сніданок, якісне прибирання кімнати щодня , трансфер до підйомника, приємні хлопці з ресторану які також працюють водіями трансферу.
Ну і звісно загальне враження від курорту Мадонна ді Кампільйо, це дуже круте місце, ідеальна каталка, багато підйомників це гондоли , теплі з підігрівом сидіння, чудесна кухня, і класні апресскі! Одним словом РЕКОМЕНДУЮ, курорт і готель!!!!

Cons:

Загалом все ок, але кілька нюансів було. Виявляється що трансфер забирає лише з одної точки, від одного витягу, ми з дружиною спустились у низ іншого витягу, ми звʼязались з помешканням, але нам сказали іти пішки до іншого витягу, це було реально важко, в лижніх чоботах та з лижами, я просив доїхати за нами за додаткову оплату та почув ні, неприємний інцидент, напевне варто попереджати про маршрут транспорту усіх клієнтів. Ще одне не дуже приємна ситуація це оплата за варені яйця, на секундочку 10 євро за штуку, що це за ціна?!!! Поясню, сніданок шведський стіл входить у вартість, завжди є яйця скрембл і варені(холодні, переварені), ми запитали чи можна нам приготувати свіжі з рідким жовтком, так звісно приготуємо, і приготували))), а при виїзді додали до рахунку 30 євро за три яйця, дуже дивна ціна!!! Як мінімум потрібно попередити клієнта про додаткову плату! Зазвичай таке прохання виконується безкоштовно там де є включений сніданок. Та все-таки по при ці нюанси ми залишились задоволені від перебування в цьому готелі!

Отличный отель с потрясающим расположением - шикарные виды на горы и невероятная природа вокруг.
Очень тёплый и внимательный персонал. Приятно удивило, сколько всего включено - удобный шаттл до подъёмников, расслабляющий спа по вечерам, великолепные завтраки.
В отеле безупречная чистота, уют и ощущение заботы в деталях.
Я получила гораздо больше, чем ожидала - это был очень приятный подарок.
Обязательно вернусь и снова выберу этот отель.
