Great location & view!
Pros:

I really enjoyed staying in FiDi. The corner view towards the One World Trade Center was amazing. The room was spacious for a couple with several bags (two large and two carry-ons). There was a work desk, a mini fridge, a spacious bathroom, and daily cleaning. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

I wouldn't mind staying there again but a refurbishment would make it a fantastic place, as currently there are usage signs. The climate seemed a bit damp but perhaps I should have played around more with the AC unit. Also the lack of a hotel store, cafe, or restaurant is something to account for but there are options just around the corner and inside the hotel there is a small vending machine with some items. I was happy to have a gym and I went there several times but it was not as advertised, no towels, no water, even after asking, I used the cooler in the lobby and I could take a towel from the room.

Overall it was good just the little things need to work on for next time for sure
Pros:

It was clean good comfortable bed everything close of the location

Cons:

We put the sign to clean in our doorknob and when we came back our bedroom wasn’t clean well just needed new sheets and the bathroom the shower head was difficult to shower one hand because we had to clean our bodies and hair so it was low and difficult

Good location but has seen better days
Pros:

The receptionist was friendly and helpful at check-in. The hotel is better priced than many in the financial district and very convenient for World Trade Center, Battery Park etc. Room is spacious

Cons:

The hotel used to be a W but changed hands after Covid so it has some of the features of a far fancier hotel, but has been allowed to become tired and shabby. So the bar on floor 5 is still there but is out of use. Fittings in rooms were quite old and not well maintained e.g. airconditioning and lighting were half-working. No coffee or water or hairdryer though there was an iron. The price is reasonable by central NY standards but the standard of the room and overall service doesn't justify it

Pros:

I did not make it due to a medical issue. Even though i bought had protection with my purchase, The Washington did not even give me a refund! I did say I would submit a medical report too!
