Belle étape en forêt noire
Pros:

Localisation et parking facile en extérieur . Très beau bâtiment , hôtel traditionnel avec un charme désuet très agréable .

Cons:

Absence d’obscurité pour dormir avec des rideaux couvrant partiellement . On est réveillé par la lumière du jour . Pas de frigo dans la chambre

Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel près du centre et des départs de promenade.
Le bâtiment classé de plus de 130 ans.
Le personnel aux petits soins.
La propreté et les offres spa

Cons:

Il manque la clim impossible à installer car le bâtiment est classé, un ventilateur aurait été le bienvenu.
Le délai d'arrivée de l'eau chaude au 4ème étage est très long, environ 4-5 minutes

Ho prenotato 2 camere doppie per 2 notti ed E' STATA APPLICATA DA BOOKING UNA TARIFFA PER DUE PERSONE A CAMERA. Avendo dimenticato durante la prenotazione di specificare che le camere sarebbero state occupate da due persone (cosa ovvia ,altrimenti avrei prenotato due camere singole ad un costo inferiore di un terzo)mi è stato applicato un sovrapprezzo di 49 euro a camera al giorno per la seconda persona( quasi 200 euro in piu' per i due giorni).Il personale della Reception sapeva perfettamente che la tariffa applicata da Booking era già per due persone a camera ma nonostante cio' ha applicato il sovrapprezzo ingiustamente. Arredamento vintage da rinnovare nella camera superior. Mancanza di frigo in camera.

Old fashioned resort style hotel
Pros:

Very grand old world hotel, with huge pillared dining room, bars and lounges and comfy alcoves to sit in. Very good restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Good bathroom and comfortable bed.

Cons:

No garage, only outdoor parking. Quite a walk from the town centre although there are buses.

Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad, seht gute Abstellmöglichkeiten, ruhiges Zimmer im angenehmen Ambiente. perfekter Wellnessbereich, sehr sauber. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Nachdem wir nach 20.30 Uhr ankamen wurde uns dennoch eine kleine Auswahl an kleinen Speisen angeboten.

Cons:

Restaurantöffnung bis 20.30 Uhr ist okay, besser wäre natürlich bis 22.00 Uhr gewesen.

Un charme vieillot pour une visite unique.
Pros:

Ancien hôtel (plus de 130 ans) avec un certain charme (décor, hauteur des plafonds, tapisseries, etc). Petit déjeuner très bien. Parking devant l'hôtel.

Cons:

Literie un peu "vieille". Personnel froid et indigne d'un tel établissement : la responsable du bar n'a pas voulu nous servir de thé à 20h30, car elle avait déjà nettoyé la machine; tout simplement honteux.
