I wrote a review on this hotel several months ago mentioning that we may not be back as they were now charging for parking. We were not planning on coming back, but we are IHG members and used our points and a free night, so we gave it another chance. They must have heard a lot of guest complaints because we were not charged to park and I don't recall seeing any signs about paying to park. This is a great development and makes me feel much better about staying here. We spent the night July 24 as we were traveling to Port Canaveral for a cruise. Hotel was clean and we had no issues. We wanted to check in early, but were not able to due to plumbing being turned off to building. Those things happen. We were still able to be in by 4:00. Beds were comfy. Staff was great. If you are traveling for a cruise out of Port Canaveral, this is a good stop to spend the night. It is 100 miles from cruise port and has a lot of places to eat and even more great places in St. Augustine. Easy drive down 95.
