Good morning. Overall you have a nice property and your staff was wonderful.

We were not able to have our breakfast on Sunday morning due to, as I understand it, some sort of staffing issue due to what sounded like a family emergency. I hope all turned out well.

When we checked out we told the front desk of a small maintenance issue with shower faucet which was dripping. This in turn caused the drain to hold water and looked moldy.

We enjoyed our stay and would certainly return again.

Great people bad hotel

Rm 219 had no lights so we had to pack back up and move to 402
402 had lights but the ceiling was falling in
In the tub. Paint chips were in my hair.
I ate my donuts for a snack and left the rest for morning. The ants got them first. Ants were even in the bed sheets.
Breakfast was a little weird. The eggs tasted like farts

Pros:

The property and staff were nice. The walls are pretty thin, had kids running up and down the hallways screaming. The toilet kept running our entire stay. All in all the rooms were comfortable and the beds were firm and comfortable.

I didn’t like that the website says that they give the rooms at 3pm ,and when you arrive, they don’t have it ready like all the hotels that I been, and you need to wait almost an hour to get the room.
