Bit old but does the job
Pros:

The view is nice from the top floor and the location is good.
Food at the restaurant was good.

Cons:

The room are getting a bit old, a bit humid as well. The staff is barely speaking English (and I’m French so my expectations are low)

Pros:

The hotel is very beautiful, and this is my second time staying there. The reception is amazing, and the reception staff are wonderful and helpful; they are a great asset to the hotel. I especially want to mention Ms. Cony Li and Mr. Mars; they offer assistance in every way. The breakfast is fantastic and has an excellent variety. My only comment is that the furniture needs updating.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with everything exceeding my expectations. The rooms were spotless, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the amenities were excellent. I would especially like to highlight Freda from the staff, who was incredibly helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable."
