not comfortable and lost money
Cons:

the reception team didn't speak English and i paid deposit and back to me with transaction fees is very complicated and lost money
- The toilet must be have bidet to more clean and comfortable specially its mandatory for the Arab and Muslims people.

Świetny hotel, przemiła obsługa, nieziemskie jedzenie!
Pros:

Piękny hotel, bardzo czysto i przemiła pomocna obsługa. Był to pierwszy hotel w którym obsługa w większości mówiła po angielsku. Śniadanie hotelowe zapewnia szeroką gamę rzeczy od bardziej tradycyjnych z kuchni kantońskiej po tradycyjne dania kuchni zachodniej. Obiad/kolacja hotelowa również zrobiły na nas ogromne wrażenie szczególnie z uwagi na ilość rzeczy do wyboru oraz świeżość! Większość mięs czy ryb i owoców morza była przygotowywana na miejscu przez kucharzy a nie leżała w brandach. Pomimo że nie zamawialiśmy do stolika obsługa przyniosła nam świeżego homara jako danie rekomendowane. Polecamy!

Fabulous - couldn't have been more comfortable. Lovely, lovely staff
Pros:

The location is fantastic. Wonderful view over the lake, walking distance to restaurants and a mall. Staff were all incredibly helpful from arrival, reception through to the lovely lady who looked after my room. I liked the hotel so much I returned to it following a couple of days away out of town.
