Ottima soluzione
Pros:

Posizione fantastica nel cuore di Chelsea a 2 minuti dalla metro e 5 dal Chelsea market. Staff molto gentile , la struttura anche se non nuovissima ha personalità. Ci torneremo volentieri.

Non c’è l’ascensore un po scomodo soprattutto per i bagagli

The hotel was too expensive for the quality. Hotel is not clean enough. The front entrance, back garden, staircases and rooms are run down and dirty.

Muy bien para disfrutar la ciudad
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta para salir a recorrer la ciudad, tiene lugares para comer cerca y el metro está en la esquina. Tiene una cocina compartida con terraza cómoda para tomar un desayuno.

It was just a great experience from start to finish.

Not too noisy despite being on a 2-way road.
Good location.

Cons:

Hot water was missing for more than 24h, once it was 'fixed' the central heater started (in August with 30°C outside) so the room turned into a sauna.

Great experience
Pros:

We are a group of six and some of us came from abroad to visit. We came a little earlier than the chekin time and we have 8 luggages. The gentleman at the chekin waived our fee. We are really appreciative. The rooms are very clean and cozy. Great location as well!

Convenient location and reasonable priced
Pros:

Perfectly located on West Side near the Highline, Whitney, Chelsea Market and Hudson River Pathway. Definitely plan to stay there again. And the price was reasonable.
