It was just a great experience from start to finish.
Pros:

The location, the room, the staff, the little sitting area…Almost everything.

Cons:

The stairs. No elevator.

Room pretty big.
Not too noisy despite being on a 2-way road.
Good location.

Cons:

Hot water was missing for more than 24h, once it was 'fixed' the central heater started (in August with 30°C outside) so the room turned into a sauna.

Room was pretty dusty.

Great experience
Pros:

We are a group of six and some of us came from abroad to visit. We came a little earlier than the chekin time and we have 8 luggages. The gentleman at the chekin waived our fee. We are really appreciative. The rooms are very clean and cozy. Great location as well!

Convenient location and reasonable priced
Pros:

Perfectly located on West Side near the Highline, Whitney, Chelsea Market and Hudson River Pathway. Definitely plan to stay there again. And the price was reasonable.

We felt comfortable and will book again if needed.
Pros:

I really liked the hospitality, the kitchen/lounge area was very welcoming. The coffee available was great in the mornings.

Cons:

The only thing we didnt like was going up 5 flights of stairs to get to our room. It was a daily work out!

Hidden Gem in a Great Location.
Pros:

Staff is many the most friendly and accommodating anywhere! They are very attentive to guest situations before & after coming & going during the day. Location is convenient to West Village, Chelsea Market & Meatpacking areas, adjacent to major 14th Street subway hub for easy access to the rest of NYC.
Room are average size for NYC and immaculately maintained.
Overall, a really good value.

Great little hotel in a super location
Pros:

Great location. Super clean, lovely helpful staff.
Good to have the use of the dining kitchen & facilities along with a fridge in the bedroom.

Cons:

Our bedrooms faced on the street and were a little noisy. Ear plugs worked well.
