I really liked the hospitality, the kitchen/lounge area was very welcoming. The coffee available was great in the mornings.
The only thing we didnt like was going up 5 flights of stairs to get to our room. It was a daily work out!
The comfort.
I forgot a pair of sandals. They said they didn’t find them.
Staff is many the most friendly and accommodating anywhere! They are very attentive to guest situations before & after coming & going during the day. Location is convenient to West Village, Chelsea Market & Meatpacking areas, adjacent to major 14th Street subway hub for easy access to the rest of NYC.
Room are average size for NYC and immaculately maintained.
Overall, a really good value.
Great location. Super clean, lovely helpful staff.
Good to have the use of the dining kitchen & facilities along with a fridge in the bedroom.
Our bedrooms faced on the street and were a little noisy. Ear plugs worked well.
The Chelsea Pines Inn had everything we needed for our two day Manhattan getaway. The location was perfect for the venues we were visiting. The room was clean and comfortable. The atmosphere and movie themed decor is unique. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. We have already recommended the Chelsea Pines to several friends, and we definitely plan on returning.

ロケーション
建物も内装も古さを感じる。
Great location with good proximity to subway station.
No tea/coffee making facility in the room.
Unbearably hot on the first evening, which was addressed the next morning by a very helpful staff member.
We recently stayed here for 5 nights. It’s a very old building but our room was clean, warm and the beds really comfy. The rooms were big by New York standards. There is a kitchenette/Dining room you can make your self a drink or eat your food you’ve brought. It was surprisingly quiet. Really close to an underground station and Chelsea Market. The one thing you need to keep in mind is that there is no lift. After a days walking around the city it was hard to walk up the stairs but the staff are happy to take your luggage up and down on arrival and departure. Price was ok by New York standards too
Location
Staff
Service- one room was not ready at check in & they gave us a later check out time.
One of our rooms was next to public restroom. We could hear guests outside our door accessing the bathroom.
One of our rooms had a very odd set up- with access to the shower directly in room. Literally the shower door was next to bed. The toilet & sink were in a separate room. This should have been noted when I booked.
Very large rooms!
I was on the 5th floor of the walk up which was challenging because of a bad hip.
Small converted apartment building. Staff is fantastic. Nice common areas on ground floor with outdoor area, indoor sitting area, kitchen with drinks and coffee, large fridge guests can use, microwave. Rooms are very small as usual in NYC but nice bathroom. Very good location near two major subway stops, Chelsea Market, High Line, Meat Packing District, West Greenwich Village, South Chelsea. No elevator, but we stayed on ground floor, no issues with noise. Very secure. The only minor issue is you can't control heat in your room, it is whole building heat. Each room has its own air conditioner. Overall, a great place, highly recommended.
The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The location was great and easy to get everywhere.
We probably could’ve used being on a lower floor than the 5th floor…after a long day it could be a bit much. But overall it was okay.
Great really lovely helpful staff who made us feel very welcome , superb location right by shops restaurants and subway , couldn't fault it .
I don't like they took a holding g fee of $200 out of our bank , which they told us would be go back in with in 3 to 7 days after we left , as yet we haven't received it and have been back in UK for 2 weeks, so that is over 3 weeks and have messaged the hotel and heard nothing , we left our rooms spotless so no issues there .
Love the location. Great shower and air conditioner and staff so wonderful
The stairs!! No elevator But the staff very willing to carry luggage up and down
