One Ski Hill Place

Staff was incredible. Hotel was clean, updated, and well stocked. Our only complaint was that the restaurants were all closed but we understood because it was the off season. The indoor bowling alley was a huge plus though

Beautiful location, nice rooms and kitchen, underground parking garage was convenient, and we saw several deer and 3 moose from our room. This was the perfect location for a fall leaf-peeping family vacation.

The room was clean, comfortable and had amazing views. A couple things were broken and the staff fixed or tried to fix them immediately. Unfortunately all the restaurants were closed, but the driver took me to town to pick up dinner so I wouldn’t have to park in town.

Amazing property with great location service and amenities. Room could use some touch ups, specifically the holes in the headboard, but overall a wonderful property. Our new favorite resort in Breck.

Just a quick none night stay off season. It was quiet and clean. Staff was very polite.

Condo was roomy. Very surprised of the size! Fit our family of 5 perfectly.

They should make clear what facilities nearby are closed and open seasonally.

This property was amazing! We stayed with 2 kids and enjoyed the comfy beds, super clean rooms and bathroom, amazing pools and sauna/steam rooms. Also it was so nice to have a parking garage with key card, felt so safe. Just so nice! One of our best stays to date!! Very close to town but yet up on a hill with an incredible view. We really hope to stay here again!

The location was perfect for a summer visit to Breckenridge. Gondola and bus options for access to town meant only parking once. The food at Robbie's was surprisingly good.

Furniture in lobby/patio area pretty worn - some of the patio furniture had holes in it. Light in shower didn’t work. Not big things, but expect more for a Rock Resort.

Wonderful property with great family activities and beautiful hiking trails nearby. Love that the gondola runs this lodge to downtown all day.

One Ski Hill Place is a beautiful resort in a prime location with great amenities—the free shuttle service was a lifesaver. The condo-style rooms are fully stocked, perfect if you want to cook. My only disappointment was the lack of recognition for my VIP status. I had to ask about perks, wasn’t offered an upgrade despite the property seeming quiet, and only received late checkout after involving a manager. They did provide a complimentary bottle of wine when I asked, which was appreciated. Overall, a great stay with a few service shortcomings.

The staff was very helpful and kind, real customer service. It made our stay easy and comfortable. We will be returning!

Location is unbeatable. Slopeside room. This place is excellent in all areas. Bowling, billiards, large balconies, quality linens. AC. We never stay anywhere else. Family of five, grown kids.

The views from the hotel were unbelievable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed, everything was clean, and the staff was all great. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this place.

It’s a nice property… a little dated, but in good condition. Fantastic location. Gondola service into town was fantastic.

Only complaint is summer season options for dining/drinks are very limited with hours and mostly focused at a neighboring property.

Or else this was a very nice escape, great views, mountain access for recreation. A nice escape.

Loved the location, the amenities, the views. Lots of activities, yet quiet when you want it. And just a short drive to Main Street Breckenridge.
