La localisation

On arriver assez tard le après midi et les chambres était pas prête...
Et dans la salle de bain avez pas de papier toilette..
Le M. de la réception était plus intéressé par son téléphone,que pour ma demande ..
J'ai me suis servi dans un chariot que était au fond du couloir....
Et aussi la personne que nous à vendu la visite Cascade côté Brésil dans l'hôtel pas très correct !!!
Dommage ça était ma deuxième fois dans cette hôtel déçu...

Awful, rude staff, a scam of a hotel

Where do I start? Very rude staff, unaccommodating, bland breakfast, really really not good. To top it all off, one of the staff members tried to accuse us of smoking in the room - we are both non-smokers and therefore they were trying a way to scam us for a ridiculous fine which was several times the cost of the stay of the hotel. We won’t be back for sure

Ótima opção de hospedagem em Foz
Pros:

A localização era maravilhosa! Rua bonita! Várias opções de lugares para comer, farmácias, lojas. Também muito perto do terminal de ônibus de Foz do Iguaçu. Perto dos pontos de ônibus das linhas internacionais. Fiquei no quinto andar. Quarto espaçoso, bom chuveiro, frigobar disponível, ar condicionado funcionando bem, silencioso. Excelente café da manhã. Ótimas piscinas para curtir de dia e de noite. Funcionários muito cordiais.

Cons:

Podia ter mais de um elevador.

Pros:

The staff was really nice, breakfast good and the hotel was very close to the bus station.
