Inital seem good but what come after..
Pros:

Room size consider spacious, comfy sofa, near the receptionist and near the parking spot,

Hastle-free snooth check in and check out

Very nice pool with late closing at 10pm,

Super clean room, neat n tidy

Super responsive staff, nice building

Good showet temperature,night lighting in the room

Cons:

Very firm matress,what a turn down, aircond not really cold, we hv to adjust our sleeping position near the fan to be comfortable, cafe not open earlier in fasting month to cater muslim peoples but we appreciate the breakfast send to our room, a non selection meal set of onion fried rice, slice or orange and tasty kurma meat.no drinks and portion is small..with room price of breakfast included, its sad the hotel only has that much to offer.

Broken Curtain rails, hanging, waiting its time to fall,
We let the staff noted, and he willing to send technician on the spot, which is very good, yet i turn it down since it will cost us time and waste our precious moment as my kid already hype to swim..around 3am, whole curtain rails collapse n expose our room, had to put towel to cover it up, dangerous event since the rail may fall onto our childrens head..

Water pressure is not good, quite slow

Printed TV channel is 19 in total, but only 5 channel works

Overall, its in bangsar, nice location but really damage the initial impression.., super duper such a not nice stay for us,

This place is perfect for us.
Pros:

We lived in Bangsar for 3 years a few years ago, we love the location, it is very quiet and relaxing from this location you can "easily" get to any parts of KL. We also like the swimming pool which is available for swimming till 11 pm , the staff are very helpful.
The apartment is spacious and has a homely feeling, It is ideal for an extended holiday.
The apartment is cleaned everyday and the towels are changed, the beds are made, the shower was very hot
and had a good power. it Is just perfect for us.
There are two nice shopping locations not far from here, Bangsar shopping centre and Bangsar village. They are about 20- 30 Mon walk from here or 5-7 minutes drive

Cons:

There were few things which weren't working e.g.the iron and the hairdryer however they were quickly replaced as soon as I mentioned them to the receptionist.
You do need your own transport here KL is not designed for walking. So you either hire a car/ motorcycle or you use taxis which are very affordable.

Good location. Spacious.
Pros:

I booked a 2-bedroom apartment that was spacious with large beds. While the rooms had a slightly older feel, they were well-maintained. The location was also great.

Cons:

Overall, the rooms didn't offer great sound insulation, which made it a bit noisy at times. Additionally, one of the bathrooms had a few small bugs, which was a bit disappointing.

They need to ensure that facilities are at least in working order. The air condition in the ensuite room is very loud and is not cold enough
