Ruim appartement, goede bedden, fijn zwembad, goed ontbijt, vriendelijke medewerkers. Rustige locatie in mooie wijk.

Cons:

Onderhoud aan appartement kan beter: schilderwerk nodig. Inventaris keuken beperkt.

Als je rust wil, maar wel dichtbij de stad, dan moet je hierheen!
Pros:

De rust. Je hebt het idee dat je op een eiland zit, maar je bent maar 10-15 minuten verwijderd van het centrum. Het zwembad is heerlijk en de kamers ook. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en het ontbijt is goed.

Accurate booking descriptions are needed, though the helpful staff resolution was appreciated.

I like the fact that the male receptionist (the lovely chubby one) helped me change the room immediately right after my complaint that the room did not match the description on Booking.com. He's polite and helpful. Hospitality needs more people like him.

Cons:

On the other hand, I was highly disappointed by another female staff member. When I politely pointed out the mismatch between the online description and reality, she dismissively told me that 'it was just a description.' This implies that it was my fault for believing the advertisement, which is incredibly unprofessional considering we paid a premium based on those exact details. I was by no means a difficult customer; I was patient enough to give the room a chance for a full day before speaking up and raising my concerns.
