Pros:

Alles super. Saunabereich allerdings sehr klein, dass muss man wissen. Hat mich aber nicht gestört.

Cons:

Fitnessbereich könnte etwas größer sein. Zu zweit war dieser schon voll! Meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere, but details and amenities need improvement.
Pros:

A generally pleasant hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Late check-out was kindly approved. Everyone was welcoming. The gym and jacuzzi are a plus.

Cons:

A personalisation form raised expectations, but none were met. Poor coffee quality; no lactose-free or plant options, even for conference room. Coffee capsules not replenished. No basic amenities like a toothbrush or razor. Gym and jacuzzi have very limited hours.

Temizliği iyi sayılır. Havanın yağmurlu olmasından dolayı şemsiye olanağı sunmaları güzeldi.

Cons:

Kahvaltısı çok yetersiz. Her gün aynı ürünler sanki ısıtılıp ısıtılıp önümüze konmuş gibiydi. Personelin de biraz daha güler yüzlü olmasını beklerdim.

No cumplió mis expectativas
Pros:

El desayuno buffet está muy bien y la labor que desempeña la camarera Carolina, es excepcional.

Cons:

Hicimos reserva de tres habitaciones con cama matrimonial y nos dieron una con dos camas gemelas,nos tocó esperar sobre media hora para hacer el check -in de la tercera habitación.
El cual no nos gusto por lo antes mencionado.solicitamos cambio de habitación a una Suite,lo hicieron al día siguiente.
Pero el aire acondicionado tenía un ruido muy fuerte que tuvimos que apagarlo para poder dormir, el baño ( bater) automáticamente se baseaba cada media hora y por último hicimos uso del Jacuzzi ,seguimos las indicaciones tal y como estaban en el letrero.
Pero no funcionó.se llamo e informamos en la recepción y resulta que estaba apagado del cuadro eléctrico.
