Location is great. Breakfast was varied and the taste as great!
The facilities were clean and we got 2 bottles of water every day.

Service was fantastic! They packed a small breakfast for our early morning flight even before 4 am, so they were very attentive. They also helped us call our Grab when was late to take us to the airport.

This was the only hotel where the sauna was free during our trip to Vietnam.

Cons:

The chlorine in the pool was a bit too high, but we still went every night after long days of walking. The view was great from up there!

The elevator is a bit slow for our short patience hehe, but we took the stairs often without issues.

The price was a bit the high end for us, but maybe it's normal for Saigon. We stayed at a 5 star hotel for less in Hue.

Super hôtel situation cœur de la ville

Bonjour,
a nôtre arrivée le personnel était serviable et professionnel. Bonnes explications. Valises apportées en chambre.
Dans la chambre que nous avons eu, il y avait une grande fuite d'eau.
J'ai réclamer vu le prix élevé 285€ pour deux nuits avec le déjeuner compris.

La direction est intervenue rapidement et n'as pas trouvé la solution pour la fuite d'eau.

Le lendemain ils se sont concernant excusé et nous ont surclassé dans une magnifique suite, spacieuses avec une baignoire a remous.

La chambre et le service ont été extraordinaires.

Le petit déjeuner est juste magnifique. Le buffet varié et vous pouvez commander des œufs Bénédicte ou un toast av du saumon gravelax et bien plus.

Pour me remercier pour decles avoir aidé à trouver une solution pour leur baignoire, la direction nous a offert une limousine privée pour nous accompagner à l'aéroport de Ho Chi Min.

Zentrale Lage im 1. District und viekes zu Fuß oder schnell via GRAB erreichbar. Freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück. Zimmer im 8. oder 9. Stock sinnvoll, da recht leise. Hat alles gepasst. Gerne wieder.

Ein sehr schönes, luxuriöses Hotel mit tollem Rooftop-Pool und Relax-Area. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und unser Gepäck direkt nach oben getragen. Auch die spontane Buchung einer zusätzlichen Nacht funktionierte unkompliziert. Es hätte auch die Möglichkeit gegeben Tagestouren mitzumachen. Wir waren am Tag unserer Abreise sehr dankbar, dass wir unser Gepäck den ganzen Tag im Hotel lagern durften und sogar noch Zugang zum Rooftop-Bereich mit Duschen und Umkleide hatten. Danke für diesen schönen Aufenthalt.

Nur der Fitnessraum war etwas spärlich bestückt.
