Pros:

The location

Cons:

The rooms were small, the shower was small and had a very odd “shade” to pull down in order to shower. It was a weird move on the hotel part by installing it. The selection of food at breakfast was minimal, I didn’t even attempt to look at lunch.

The door man were not on point.

For being a high rated hotel it was extremely disappointing.

With that being said we were just at the Oriental Jade in Hanoi, which is 5 stars all around. I think I got spoiled there and expected the same out of Silverland

Je recommande l’hôtel pour un séjour dans la ville
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt bon et la piscine jacuzzi est un plus. Le staff est super. Merci.

Cons:

L’établissement était en travaux. Il y avait donc beaucoup de bruit en après midi ainsi que des difficultés à circuler pour rejoindre sa chambre. Je trouve dommage que nous n’ayons pas été prévenu à l’arrivé. Une communication et un désolé pour le dérangement ne coûte rien.

Au-delà de nos attentes!
Pros:

Une très belle découverte! Dans une rue calme, à deux pas du beau parc Tao Dan, du marché Ben Thanh et de la rue Nguyen Du aux nombreux restaurants, le Silverland Yen pourrait s’appeler Silverland zen: l’ambiance est reposante, teintes claires verdure et bois clair, la décoration intérieure est élégante, le personnel est aimable, souriant et efficace … une vraie pause relaxante dans l’agitation de la ville.
Une mention particulière pour le tea-time musical de l’après-midi et pour le jacuzzi géant du dernier étage, avec une vue panoramique sur la ville et les couchers de soleil (excellente musique et bons cocktails).
Nous en conserverons un très bon souvenir.

Das sher freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal sowie die geschmackvolle Einrichtung des gesamten Hotels. Zum Entspannen aus der Dachterassse mit pool war auch eine Wohltat beim hektischen Treiben in Saigon.

Beautiful little boutique hotel in District 1
Pros:

The breakfast and afternoon tea are phenomenal and the staff are so friendly. They really go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The hotel is in a great location in District 1. A real little oasis in amongst the craziness of HCMC. We loved our stay here and wish it was longer!

Tolle Lage! Tolles Personal!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Der Afternoon tea war toll! Teilweise sogar mit lokalen Musikern, die live gespielt haben!
Die Lage ist auch sehr gut - man kann alles fussläufig erreichen!

Vraiment très bien et pas cher.
Pros:

La localisation et le personnel très attentionné. Il y avait une collation offerte en fin d'après-mîdi et il y avait 3 musiciens traditionnels très talentueux. Impressionnant.

Cons:

Les plus belles chambres sont au 1ier étage et c'est assez bruyant (bruit de la rue, du resto et des gens du ménage).
