Ci siamo trovati benissimo.
Abbiamo apprezzato molto la pulizia, la cortesia e la disponibilità di tutto il personale. L’ambiente è risultato fin da subito accogliente, curato ed elegante, con una location davvero molto bella.
Un aspetto che ci ha colpiti particolarmente è stata l’attenzione verso gli ospiti: il personale è sempre stato attento, disponibile e gentilissimo.
Un grazie speciale alla reception, e in particolare ad Angela, per la sua professionalità, la sua gentilezza e la disponibilità dimostrata.
È stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole e sicuramente un posto in cui torneremmo volentieri.

Pros:

Very helpful and attentive staff. Lovely ambience. Food was plentiful and excellent. The half board option was exceptional. The bus to Assisi stopped outside hotel.

Cons:

Our room was very generic. Ikea like furniture, no charm at all. The hotel is located completely outside of Assisi, on the flat land before the hill. Does not convey the feel of that gorgeous town at all. In my opinion, very over priced for what it is. I am aware that my review does not match the ones of many other clients. I will personally not go back …

Pros:

O hotel é enorme, lindo e muito bem localizado entre o centro e a parte histórica. Há uma parada de ônibus exatamente em frente, e optamos por deixar o carro no estacionamento do hotel e subir para o tour de transporte público (mais rápido, sem stress e muito mais barato). O café da manhã é ótimo e todos os funcionários foram extremamente solícitos e simpáticos. Um ótimo custo-benefício.

Cons:

O quarto era bem espaçoso, mas um pouco mal aproveitado em relação à armários. Já o banheiro foi uma surpresa desagradável. Não sei se todos os quartos são assim, mas o nosso banheiro não tinha box! A cada banho tudo alagava… estou falando de água por TODO o banheiro. Além disso a internet é incrivelmente ruim (o sinal é ruim e a Wi-Fi do hotel é péssima, pra dizer o mínimo), eu precisava trabalhar e foi muito, muito complicado.

La posizione, lo spazio per il parcheggio, la dimensione delle camere.

La pulizia, alcuni servizi vanno migliorati tipo la doccia che è dotata del solo soffione , in bagno non c’è uno sgabello , il frigo in camera era vuoto , non c,’era una macchina per il caffè o tè in camera nel parcheggio non vi è una colonnina per caricare l’auto elettrica.
