L’onestà ti fa pagare: la correttezza del cliente non deve supplire alle lacune amministrative dell'hotel. Fortunata
Pros:

Apprezzo molto la dimensione storica e il recupero architettonico di questo ex convento del 1954, un bell'esempio di valorizzazione del Made in Italy. La posizione è eccellente per visitare Assisi e, nota di merito, ho dormito molto bene.

Cons:

La gestione operativa e procedurale è purtroppo carente e poco elegante. Nonostante una specifica richiesta per letti separati fosse stata preventivamente approvata, al check-in è stata assegnata una matrimoniale. Ho riscontrato inoltre una totale mancanza di coordinazione interna: sebbene io abbia fornito spontaneamente il numero di stanza a colazione, dato che il personale non lo richiedeva, al check-out non mi è stato comunicato alcun addebito.
Essere contattata dopo 6 ore di viaggio ininterrotte sotto la pioggia battente per il saldo di un modico importo di 20€ (dovuto a una loro svista amministrativa) è un autogol di stile. Personalmente, per una cifra simile, avrei evitato la figura di richiamare il cliente, limitandomi a una telefonata di cortesia per segnalare l'accaduto. Ho provveduto al saldo immediato esclusivamente per chiudere la pratica ed evitare sterili controversie: per un professionista, il tempo ha un valore che non può essere disperso per rimediare alle inefficienze gestionali altrui.

Pros:

Colazione abbondante e varia. Varietà di dolci con cornetti di vari tipi e anche torte, biscotti vari e altri tipi di dolci! Varietà anche nel salato! Posizione perfetta con fermata dell’autobus che porta in poco tempo al centro Assisi.

Cons:

Un appunto…mettere qualche attaccapanni nel bagno e in camera!
Unica pecca che purtroppo abbiamo notato io e i miei amici é stato un fortissimo odore sgradevole molto forte nei corridoi e nella camera non meglio identificabile..probabilmente proveniente dal pavimento costituito da una guaina di plastica che era in effetti lo stesso per corridoio e camera mentre in bagno dove c’era un pavimento “normale” non c’era questo odore sgradevole.
Forse erano stati fatti dei lavori da poco. Una nostra amica ha chiesto al personale ma hanno risposto che nessuno ha fatto mai notare questa cosa.
Ripeto l’odore era molto forte difficile non notarlo.
Spero che sia una cosa momentanea perché in effetti è stata l’unica cosa negativa in una struttura veramente bella!!
