Cons:

- hatten um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten bei der Buchung. Haben ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss bekommen: es war hellhörig (haben Nachbarn gut hören können, insbesondere beim Duschen), es war laut (im Flur Lärm durch andere Gäste, die spät kamen oder die zum Innenhof die Tür fallen ließen etc.). Leider war es kein geruhsamer Aufenthalt.

Pulizia, attenzione al cliente, posizione comoda per il parcheggio interno e proprio davanti all' hotel c' è la fermata dell' autobus per Assisi oppure si può andare a piedi con la strada pedonale che arriva sotto la Basilica.

Essendo un 4 stelle il facchino e' d'obbligo cosa che non c'era se non la poveta receptionist che su doveva incollare i bagagli pesanti da pirtare in camera o da aiutare a caricare nelle auto
