It was comfy, classy, clean and the breakfast was great. All staff were friendly, especially the breakfast servers. There was lots of parking and the location was good for what we wanted.

Ryan and Trudi were brilliant at breakfast. Such lovely people, give them a bonus !!

Très bon hôtel, propre, calme et bien situé. Le personnel du petit déjeuner (Trudy) est extraordinaire.

The electronic check-in/out was nice. Attention to the small details is what separates this hotel from others in the same price range. The breakfast was amazing, pillows were super comfy, extra towels are always nice, shower head was perfect, and the room was spotless.

Comfortable, clean

I found the bed to be extremely comfortable. The room was also really large. The tv was extra large which was great for watching the World Cup on!

Loved the breakfast and the staff were more than pleasant. We enjoyed our stay.

The Chateau in Saint John, New Brunswick, is simply outstanding. As a cancer patient going through radiation, Chemo they made me feel like family! The atmosphere and décor are beautiful, and the continental breakfast is truly top-notch—one of the best we’ve ever had 100% My husband is a denturist own CGM Fredericton so we know hard it is to run a business, its hard work and dedication and it helps that you have a wonderful team. I've stayed in many hotels around the world—this was truly one of the best for sure !I have 4.4 Million followers on Google that proof enough my word is true and genuine
(Every) staff member went above and beyond. Lucas played guitar for us in the lobby on days off when he didnt have to., and Trudy in the kitchen is a gem. Sarah, Abby, Theresa, Brooklyn, Haven, Rachel, and Tasha made every day brighter and had me feel right at home from the start . Housekeeping was hardworking and so accommodating. The general manager is doing a fantastic job.and proud to have met him.personaly and it shows in every detail in this Hotel of his dedication. I can't thank you enough Sarah for what you done for me it brought me to happy tears , They even chose me for a presidential suite upgrade when I was going through a tough day, and I’ll never forget, what they done for me . TRULY !
As a business owner myself, I know how hard it is to keep this level of dedication, and they truly deliver. I’ve spent over a month here, and while I’m excited to finish my treatment next week , I will absolutely miss them (all ), as they are like a second family indeed . The laughter, the songs we sang in the lobby the hugs.and goodbye to the ones I met along the way Ill keep close to my heart , Ill miss the sunroof chats—unforgettable laughter . I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you all from the the bottom of my heart you truly made this experience even though what I'm going through actually a good one Because of whom you all are and if it wasn't for your staff it couldn't have been possible, so thank you once again all of you (truly)keep shining like you do! Nearby activitiesThere are plenty activities especially Lily Lake and Lily restaurant there's a map there you should absolutely experience feeding the Ducks looking over the lake eating a beautiful meal it is absolutely stunning but by far my experience which they have a list of great restaurants is Italian by night

Noteworthy detailsIf you were going there for treatment please ask at the hospital for Jill she will set you up with Free vouchers for cabs to get there and back to the chateau and even meal tickets at the hospital if needed you should always bring someone with you if you can't that's fine you'll still feel like you're at home trust me! anyways just to know check out is on Friday you're able to go home and then come back Monday you will probably end up in a different room but that's exciting the view is phenomenal even though I don't like heights lol
