The breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Overall we had a lovely stay.

Nice hotel with lazy housekeeping
Pros:

We stayed at the Château St. John Wyndham Trademark Collection for two nights in June. We were just outside the city and there was no charge to park our car. The hotel lobby is comfortable and attractive. The room was also spacious and comfortable with a wonderful bed. Housekeeping was terrible. We came back to our room to find the sheet and spread just thrown back up over the pillows. That was the extent to which the bed was made. The bathroom towels were not hung or even folded and put away. They were simply moved from the housekeeping cart and placed on the bathroom counter. Perhaps additional training is in order? On the bright side, the complementary breakfast was one of the better complementary breakfasts I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Excellent hotel poor location
Pros:

The hotel was very nice with good size rooms and excellent breakfast

Location. Because of traffic we needed to take cab into downtown even though it was reasonably close

Parfait après la traversée - l'hôtel est tout simplement impeccable (contrairement à d'autres établissements sur la route). Je recommande sans hésiter avant de reprendre la route vers le Québec. En plus, le personnel était accueillant et efficace.

A fine full-service hotel on St. John
Pros:

A score this high is rare for us. This hotel is everything we want. Large clean room, large bathroom, quiet, comfortable bed, in-room safe, good WiFi and TV, good hot breakfast, lots of storage space, very helpful staff ( evening and morning), easy parking. Fair price and good location. We'll done.

Cons:

We did unplug the alarm clock for more side table space and move the iron out of the armoire for the same reason.

Nice spacious comfy room. Communal lounge with coffee, tea and iced water available. Very nice breakfast.

It didn't have a restaurant, so had to go into town for an evening meal.

Pros:

Traditional style hotel, very clean, comfortable beds, spacy rooms, perfect location to spend a night, just off the main highway, no noise. Plenty of parking spots.

Cons:

Anti-slippery rug in the bath tub would be helpful. Also a fridge could ne helpful and not just a mini-bar.

The trip was amazing and everything was good. The rooms wer clean and there was plenty of space for all of our stuff. Try out the breakfast bar!
