Best place to stay in Saint John.
Pros:

Outstanding breakfast. Nice to have the hot food fresh and served, instead of in a warmer and self-served. Trudy was especially helpful and gracious. We were there during a blizzard, and it was SO nice to be able to park in the heated garage.

Cons:

There's no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Overall a good stay.
Pros:

Everything except for kids running the halls for me over 3 hours until after 10pm.

Cons:

Kids running the halls for over three hours until after 10pm. It was difficult to get my 3 year old granddaughter to sleep.

Cons:

In this IT world, it would have been helpful to have some USB ports available to charge cel phones, Ipad, etc without needing an adapter to source from a 110 volt outlet. Seems USB ports are available ii most upscale motel/hotel.

Exceptionally good breakfast, accommodating and helpful staff
Pros:

Very convenient to St. John regional Hospital, and having a heated parking garage was a big plus in the winter.

Pros:

The staff are amazing, and that makes the stay. Honestly, couldn't have been better. The Chateau looks like Hogwarts (according to my 5 year-old) and that makes it, more or less, perfect.
