Buena ubicación. Desayuno incluido en el costo. Camas cómodas. Personal amable. Buen hotel si vas de paso o sólo lo usas para descansar..

Cons:

Desayuno muy sencillo No había otra cosa para comer o cenar, pero me recomendaron un lugar que llevaba a domicilio, el cual tardó en llegar. Pero en general todo acorde a precio del hotel.

Solicite varias cosas al personal y pues siempre muy indiferentes a la hora de indicarnos las cosas, nos dijeron un horario para el desayuno y cuándo llegamos al desayuno ya se había terminado, pedimos una explicación y solo se mantuvieron en su horario, no en el que nos habían indicado.

Pedi de favor me cobraron un refresco a la habitación por no traer el efectivo ahi misno y no me brindaron ninguna opción.

Estancia muy placentera! Por eso es mi hotel preferido en mis estancias en Saltillo!
