Very sketchy outside and surprise 40 dollar deposit. Once in room I was good for night,clean room, hot shower, cable tv

Started with checkin and the office was closed at 5:30 pm, had to use the night window for check in. The property was old and uncared for.
I would not stay there again.

Had to move rooms the first one was no good second one much better. The front office was helpful.

Worst hotel I’ve been in my life. Everything in the room was broke. There were roaches. Rugs were coming off and there were people doing drugs all over the place. Not good for a family or kids at all. Reporting them to the health department. Do not ever booo with these people. Slum lords.

They keep your security deposit so add $50 to the price.

Paid for 2 nights didnt make it the first night got there on what supposed to be my 2nd night and owner told me she canceled for not showing up the first night but yet she refuses to refund at least one night since she.also got my room sold to another guess stay away from this.place

They are very flexible and understanding

Staff is very rude! Room was disgusting..and pipe burns on the furniture, big ass hole in the wall and no locks!! -10000/10 would not recommend! I'm surprised this place is still up and running knowing that they're violating soo many city codes and the customer service is trash.

The personal are not friendly. The hotels are dirty so much dust. The sheets are also dirty.the pool is also dirty. The toilets didn’t woork

I I found a Suboxone package inside my coffee maker. People roaming around outside outside construction on the pool till 10 o’clock on Sunday night. Could not get sleep. Dirty. Worn out noisy. Do not go at all cost!!!

Two bulbs were out in bathroom, no toilet paper very very hard pillows. In a very, very horrible mattress. I woke up in so much pain today, but the lady that checked me in at night was really nice.

Was a great stop over on our trip

Housekeeping was super friendly but the downtown ghettoness of Victorville was a bit to process.
I was out multiple times to my car that night and still got jacked for it.

Worst place ever, I booked a reservation thru Expedia while on the road after driving all day and when I got there less than 5 minutes later it was in an extremely shady area of town with all the doors to the rooms leading to the parking lot where 2 crackheads were circling the parking lot staring at my car. When I told the attendant that I booked two rooms thru Expedia they literally had to wait for the reservation to come thru then I asked the attendant for rooms side by side because I have kids with me they told me they didn’t have any and that the two rooms would be on separate floors, I told them I couldn’t have my kids on a separate floor and that I needed a refund so they told me to call Expedia for that. I left to find another place to stay for the night and called Expedia to get a refund, once on the phone with Expedia I was informed that the property owners were denying my refund stating they had the proper accommodations for me and my family which they definitely did not. I’ve had to call my bank and dispute the charges because these greedy people think they can just rip off travelers for hundreds of dollars whenever they feel like it. This is the worst place I’ve ever attempted to stay at, and would not recommend it to anyone

Full of bed bugs . Unsafe area . Rude staff .

Refrain from booking this property . I stayed a night there and they don’t have a lot of bed bugs ! I had another reservation for 3 more nights and I have to cancel it because I could not sleep because of the bed bugs ! They are refusing the refund too !! The area is completely unsafe
