موقع الفندق جيد وقريب من محطة نانا لكن عليك استخدام الطريق على يسار الفندق للوصل للمحطه
اما الوصول الى شارع العرب عن طريق يمين الفندق اقرب ولكن مزعج حيث تمر بالبارت والمراقص في الطريق
Room and staff were very good. Excellent location.
Gym very small which was unexpected for such a big hotel. Pool only good for relaxing too small to do laps.

Early check-in policy needs improvement. I arrived at 10am and was told check-in wasn't until 2pm. When I requested to check in at 12pm I was initially asked to pay almost a full day's extra cost, which felt excessive. After some persistence I was able to check in at noon without the additional charge.
What struck me during the wait was seeing a young child from another family asleep on the lobby couch while their family waited for the 2pm check-in. No family with young children should have to sit in a lobby for hours with nowhere comfortable to rest. The hotel should have better provisions for early-arriving guests.
Overall the arrival experience fell short of expectations. A little more flexibility and compassion around early arrivals — particularly for families with young children — would greatly improve the guest experience.
Great location. Nice gym and I love the sauna. Staff was helpful and very courteous.
Breakfast was very good and the location was near to BTS station (Nana) although walking distance but they had a free Tuk Tuk ride..
I suggest to have the same Tuk Tuk free ride waiting for guests from/to the hotel on BTS station with a scheduled time for more convenience to the guests.
