Water of the pool a bit cold
Unfortunately, the cleanliness was completely unacceptable. The room was extremely dirty, and I was shocked to find blood stains on the bed sheets, which is absolutely unhygienic and disturbing. This made us feel very uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about the hotel’s hygiene standards and housekeeping. A clean room and fresh bedding are the most basic expectations from any hotel, and this property failed to provide even that. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely not stay here again.

Where it was positioned in the city.
Only thing pool was a bit cold
The service people were very helpful and fantastic. We have lost our Airpods and they took extra effort and sent the Airpods back to us! Breakfast was good and the rooms were big.
The location was close to red light area which may not be appropriate for family travellers

Park Royal Suites was in a great position in an area that had plenty of food and bar choices. It was mostly a good room.
My room had a few small problems. Every time I would enter the room there was a pungent odour. I wasn’t sure whether it was the A/C or not.
The bathroom had a shower over bath but no shower curtain or shower door to stop the water flooding onto the floor. Had to lay towels on the floor to stop the flooding.
And the pillows are way too soft.

Location was excellent and overall the hotel was nice and clean.
At the beginning I was given a room without a view. After arguing with the staff they changed my room as the one I booked.
Although the room was clean, there were small cockroaches in the toilet.
