This was my 3rd stay at the hotel and I will continue to come back whenever in Bangkok.
Pros:

The washing machine was very handy. Nu at the front door and all the staff working at the reception desk were warm and welcoming. The cleaning staff were vey good.

Cons:

Maybe a better shower.

The staff were absolutely amazing. So hospitable and sooo helpful. The facility was clean and the gym and swimming pool areas were great. This is the first time the pool has been cold on my visit to Thailand, which was great after a day of walking around shopping and site seeing.
Great value for money and in a really convenient area. 5 minute walk to train station.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. This place is perfect. We will be staying here again the next time we come to Bangkok.
