The stuff was very nice and attentive. Quite good breakfast and they packed us a takeaway breakfast when checking out very early.
The shared spaces were very nice and clean but the room itself was a bit worn out and could have been cleaner - some hidden spots like bathroom door, the sink etc. Aircon very loud also at the sleep mode so nights were noisy which was s shame cos there was no noise from outside nor other rooms.
Ordering the extra bed was a bit complicated - what does it mean "subject to availability"? I think one has to know at least few days before arrival or before the payment, if you can or can not have the extra bed. Otherwise - how can you stay at the hotel, if you don't have enough beds? After several e-mails thou, they confirmed 1 day before the arrival, which was good.
Central location. Only a few minutes of walk away from BTS Na Na station.
My room was impeccably well presented. Incredibly clean with everything that I required to get that homely feeling. I always go for apartment style accommodation and room 606 did it for me. The inclusive breakfast offered something for everyone. Location was really good although I never realised that there was a shortcut to Nana station until my last day. Staff are very attentive and friendly.

It was centrally located, but without the noise. staff were good and helpful. renovated rooms looked fresh and spacious. its more of condo than a hotel. it was phachara suites pre-covid
