Pleasant, probably the best hotel in Honiara but pricey..
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable

Cons:

There is no concierge promoting trips and excursions, they do not promote the attractions very well at all. You have to dig around and do your own research and bookings.

Loved everything except the room given right next to the loud music and bar.

Loved the clean room and staff and service

Cons:

I requested to stay away from the bar/club next door as its too loud but was given a room right at the end. I had a meeting in the morning and couldn't sleep all night. Could have been more considerate to me as I did request that long time ago before coming..

It all feels a little bit like the whole hotel is in training mode and funds are being funnelled to new construction rat

Rooms were clean, pool was good, frontline staff were friendly.

Cons:

Initial room was not ocean view despite the booking clearly stating ocean view, management seems disconnected and despite numerous issues no one ever said sorry and acknowledged the issues. Lights and tv in the room didn’t work. I had to ask for water as this didn’t seem to be part of the usual daily housekeeping routine. There were multiple issues, nothing was seamless as it should be in an ‘international standard’ hotel. After I’d booked I got a confirmation advising construction works would be happening Monday to Friday and
As I was staying a long weekend I thought that would be too much interruption however works continued all weekend.

We loved this hotel, beautiful and comfortable, staff was cordial and so friendly - we felt very welcomed at all times. Food and cocktails were delicious, great variety too. Very clean, quiet, all amazing really. Coffee was great too!
Room was so comfortable and perfect for us as we needed a good rest before coming back home, it def. met our expectations. We enjoyed the pool too, and spa area is excellent.

Room was so comfortable and perfect for us as we needed a good rest before coming back home, it def. met our expectations. We enjoyed the pool too.

Cons:

A little expensive, coffee was more expensive than in Sydney Australia, but it's a great hotel and we understand they need to charge what's right for them.

Peaceful and Relaxing Stay
Pros:

I stayed at the Heritage Park Hotel in Honiara over Christmas with my baby, and we had a relaxing time.

Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering a lovely view of ocean.

The staff were attentive, and the cleaning crew especially were super helpful. Grounds were well maintained, and food was delicious albeit on the pricier end.

Overall, the Heritage Park Hotel provided an unforgettable Christmas getaway.

Great property - book your own tours
Pros:

Best property in Solomon. Hands down. Staff is amazing. Food is great. Facilities are beautiful.

Cons:

The hotel recommended tour guide, Karen was not very good. She took us out to pretty dangerous conditions for a snorkel trip. I wish they had better local partners.
