Pros:

Service. attitude support room and restaurant all were excellent . Only problem was lack of flexibility to check out a little later than 12pm so as to save waiting in airport lounge

Another long stay up to the HP’s usual high standard.
Pros:

A month long business trip anywhere can sometimes feel like forever. But staying at the ‘HP’ always makes it a lot easier. Friendly staff, helpful management and being close to the centre of town makes a real difference. I’ll admit it’s always my number one preference so maybe I’m biased, but clean rooms, good facilities and zero hassles mean I can focus on what I’m there to do.

Very comfortable, cool and all amenities met my expectations of a hotel of this nature.

I think you could better explain the services available to you at check-in, so that you know what to choose from. Also, I had some trouble reaching you via frontoffice@heritageparkhotel.com.sp. I also communicated via Booking.com. I got no reply on either service. Your communication here could be improved, just to know they'd been identified and put aside. Taggio Tumas.

Pleasant, probably the best hotel in Honiara but pricey..
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable

Cons:

There is no concierge promoting trips and excursions, they do not promote the attractions very well at all. You have to dig around and do your own research and bookings.
