Lovely 3 day stay !
Pros:

Lovely relaxing place , need transport , can get to bridge in taxi at reasonable price, room was very clean , as was everywhere else .
Food was ok , only disappointment was bar staff wouldn’t serve drinks at 9.50.

Not worth the price
Pros:

The staff were polite and nice, which was appreciated.

However, the hotel itself feels quite dated and lacks proper cleanliness. There were many bugs and insects in the room, and the room was not clean upon arrival. Some amenities were need to be fixed, and the TV was not working. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. Also, the water has leaked when showering.

Considering the room rate, the quality did not meet expectations at all. The price is relatively high for what is offered, and overall the hotel does not feel worth their price.

Pros:

Zeer mooi maar kan hier en daar wat liefde gebruiken. Als alles eens mooi ondrr handen wordt genomen is dit een topper.
Zeer vriendelijk personeel... ruim en goed ontbijt... leuke zwembaden... wel handig als je eigen wagen hebt want er is niks dichtbij

First time and last time
Pros:

Bugs Bugs and Bugs. There is an old area and a New one. We stayed at the old one. There were Bugs in the lamp above the bed. See pictures. The shower was absolutley dirty and the animals could come into the shower. The curtains were dirty and bugs were sleeping in there as well. The breakfast was not good. The Butter was really yellow because it was not chilled. See pictures. I do not recommend it.

Beautiful setting, appalling hotel
Pros:

My door failed to lock both inside and outside. The soles of my feet were black having walked around the room. Bathroom was grubby. Bedside tables dirty, see paper towel photo.
I was in a group staying one night only, thankfully. NOT a recommended hotel!

早餐豐富. 地方偏遠. 我住的M樓整潔度可以. 不過2樓及3樓要拖行里箱上落樓梯就很不方便, 沒有電梯. 另一家人住木屋, 有很多小昆蟲!!

Pros:

This place has the feel of a 5 star resort that once was, years ago. It needs many repairs and a lot of cleaning, but most of all it needs solid leadership to make it a reputable place I would recommend for above average where it could be with simple cleaning and repairs. The dirt and grim are sustained deposits of neglect. Easy repairs exists (like simple door locks) abundantly. The area is profoundly beautiful and a great site to enjoy. The staff we interacted with were respectful and courteous.

Beautiful resort that needs bed upgrade
Pros:

The only knock on this hotel are the beds. It was like sleeping on a board with a rock for a pillow. Every other attribute about this hotel was awesome. The staff, the food, the pool, the grounds all excellent. Note that there are small 1 inch steps up into the room & down into the bathroom that make stubbing toes very easy & or falling. Internet was great.

Très bel endroit mais établissement mal entretenu

L’endroit est super chouette et le resort dispose de nombreux atouts mais malheureusement l’établissement est vieillissant et très mal entretenu :
- nombreux espaces en travaux, mais qui ne semblent pourtant pas avancer d’un poil comme la terrasse de la piscine dont les lames du platelage qui se décrochent à plein d’endroits (ce qui rend même le lieu un peu dangereux) ou comme la terrasse sur pilotis pour diner sur l’eau qui n’était pas accessible lors de notre passage (dommage, on venait aussi pour ça)
- nombreux revêtements dégradés dans les chambres comme sur les meubles (stratifié éclaté et taché à de nombreux endroits), les murs (peintures fissurées et sales)
Dommage car les chambres sont grandes et très belles, la piscine principale très grande et ouverte sur un très beau paysage.

Good, large scale, family or tour oriented place.
Pros:

This is a VERY nice resort. The location on the river is gorgeous. It is a big, crowded place on the weekend. If you don’t want to be around a lot of other people, this isn’t the place for you. If that isn’t an issue, then book now. It seems to be a good place to stay with children too.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I have had to check out of Mida Resort hotel. I have asked for a refund.

The tent was dirty and old. There was black mould all over the tent and inside the air conditioning unit. The flip flops they gave me were filthy and used. The tent smelt of cigarette smoke throughout. There was duct tape throughout the tent holding the furnishings together.

The property does not have a spa, or sauna as advertised. The picture of the sauna is actually of a sauna in the city and they could take me there for 500baht. They do not offer spa services for one person as it is serviced by an outside agency who will not come for one person I was told.

The swimming pool area was also run down - missing wooden planks on the deck which I almost put my foot through as I stepped on it. There was no services as described, there was no cafe at the pool for me to order food or drinks. There were no cushions for the sun loungers.

There was no proper menu for the terrace restaurant and they had one single vegetarian dish on the menu. The river terrace restaurant was also not as described, the furniture was different and again, only offered the same vegetarian option.

I understand due to covid they may be ‘warming up’ their hospitality again however I did not expect this. I have never had to ask for a refund at a hotel before, nor have I ever been quicker to leave.
