no servia la alberca y les comente que eso lo pusieran en la pagina para que la gente se diera cuenta que no servia la alberca y dijo que no que hasta que llegara la gente y le dije que me regresara mi dinero porque yo obte el retirarme del hotel ya que yo requeria de la alberca por el menor que iba con nosotros y dijo que no habia regreso

Pros:

The location was convenient the lobby was decent, parking was free, the pool is nice to look at but you'd better bring a towel or your ID if you plan to enjoy it. Then if you get a drink you have to make sure they put it in the correct cups because the Manager lives in one of the suites near the pool. My husband liked the brunch there but when we asked to sing Happy Birthday to our Son we were asked to prove it! They had to get approval from a manager! my husband had just paid for 15 people and they were going to be petty about celebrating a birthday.NO VEGAN or vegetarian options to eat for room service.

Cons:

Unsafe water, RUDE staff / service, dirty bedding, mold in walls, dirty, dusty, dimly lit room (probably to hide all the stains and mold in the walls- you could literally see where someone put their dirty feet on the walls), bad and loud plumbing, dirty dusty mirrors, dirty carpet, hard and rough limited towels, hair on walls.
