Housekeeping never showed up at my room.
Excellent service, staff are great people.
Horrible staff, disgusting rooms, awful area- want to get mugged? Cops extremely corrupt, awful food and unintellectual morons basically try to rule The area, however folks residing here are too dumb to achieve any success. Wouldn't recommend, definitely a heavy stalking zone which police need to pay for their crimes in area. Bring your civil suits ready or avoid hotel area. Go to florida instead- at least they have beaches there. Its a hell zone in arizona so dont come to az
Worst place you could ever stay
I love the whole set up of the entire motel and the fact there's laundry onsite !
Nice place to stay on the way to casa grande
It was terrible! The rooms were not clean, sticky floors, and very outdated. The housekeeping service was only every 3 days. As a result we had to empty and throw away our own trash. We had to leave several days earlier before our original booking because the conditions were not acceptable and we felt unsafe.

Elevator was broke and one pool closed
I got there and they were closed I paid for the room after the time that they closed and wasn't aware that they were closed at 8:00 p.m. and I've tried to get a refund and still have yet to get a refunder another room booked for the price that I paid I've checked in with booking.com and they will not return my messages but the motel itself said that they would give me a credit and I could use it anytime I just don't know how to go about doing that. I would greatly appreciate if I could get a refund or a credit for a room because I don't necessarily believe that there was a correct communication and I've contacted and made a claim but nothing ever happened I blame more booking and the motel as well but would just like to have like some kind of compensation I've been using booking.com for years

I didn't like that I was told one thing and then I go in to pay and I am paying higher than what I was told
I couldn't check in and you charged me knowing that there is no one in to check me in and you still charged me I can't sleep in a bed tonight but you can me and my son needed a place to stay now we have to sleep in my car
Room was tiny, shower floor dirty, queen bed was low quality mattress that creaked every time moved and was uncomfortable. Woke up with bad hip and back pain. Ice is not available for guests at this hotel.
Lots of very sketchy people booked into this hotel. Got the impression this hotel is used to house homeless individuals and families.
Will stay here again.
