Dont eat the breakfast
Pros:

They are under construction in the lobby. Room was clean. Don't bother with the free breakfast, not edible. I wouldnt feed it to my dog.

i requested HIGHEST FLOOR OF HOTEL FACING THE FRONT OF THE HOTEL, AND WAS PLACED LOOKING OUT THE BACK INTO FIELDS, I WAS ALSO PLACED ON THE 2ND FLOOR.

Pros:

Sam and his team are a delight. The rooms are comfy and the A/Cs work well. Water pressure and temp are good in the shower in the morning, too. Beds/sheets are clean.
HIghly recommend due to price and location.

Cons:

For a newly remodeled building, there is a lot of recent damage. I'm guessing that some guests are jerks and don't care what they break. But the point is that the maintenance team could do a better job.

Nice short stay
Pros:

This is my 2nd time staying here. It’s always a pleasant experience. Rooms are always clean. Beds are so comfortable and the pillows too.

Cons:

The parking lot is small in my opinion. The door to my room was hard to shut this time around.
