I had one of the worst hotel experiences at Softel Corniche Al Khobar, and I would never stay here again.
I booked and fully paid for 3 rooms in advance. However, at check-in, they only gave us 2 rooms at 2 PM, while the third room was delayed until 3:30 PM because it was “not ready.” I specifically asked them to send the key card once the room was prepared, but nobody informed us or brought the card. We only found out after going down to the front desk ourselves.
The coordination and communication at the front desk were extremely poor. One employee even tried to charge me again for the third room despite the fact that I had already paid the full amount during check-in.
What made things worse is that after all this delay, the room was still not clean or properly prepared.
Another major issue is that the hotel does not allow outside delivery orders to be brought to the rooms, which was very inconvenient.
On top of that, check-out is officially at 12 PM, yet they started calling us repeatedly from 11 AM and waking us up. When we requested luggage assistance at 12 PM, nobody came until 1 PM despite us calling multiple times and being told repeatedly, “Someone is coming.” At one point, we even called and the staff answered only to hang up the phone in our faces.
Overall, this was an awful experience with poor service, terrible organization, and unprofessional staff. Definitely not worth the stay, and I will never repeat this experience again.

النظافة والتعامل كان رائعا جدا وكذالك السرير كان مريحاً جداً ولا أنسى الامانه فقد نسيت زوجتى أسواره ذهب داخل الغرفة وتذكرناها بعد ساعتين واتصلنا بالفندق ووجدنها عندهم في الأمانات وهذا شي رائع جداً
