لم يعجبني النامس، ازعجني النامس
التجربة للأسف سيئة للغاية ولم تكن بالمستوى المطلوب ، بل انها تضر بسمعة الفندق كثيراً.
1/ المكيف كان شغال على البارد والغرفة باردة جداً وحاولت وضعه على Heat ولكن للاسف ما ضبط وفالليل اتصلت على الاستقبال وارسلو احد يجي يشوف
قال AC للاسف ما يدعم وضع ال Heat مع انه كان مكتوب واطفينا المكيف وظلت الغرفة باردة جداً لا تصلح للراحة ابدا ابداً
ثم الساعة 12:30 منتصف الليل سخان الماء في دورة المياه لم يعد يعمل !!
عجبًا فندق والمياه بارده ايضاً وظل مطفئ الى قبل الفجر وطبعاً كالعادة اتصلت بالاسقبال وبعد 5 مرات ردو علي وارسلو واحد وقال السخان شغال وهو ما شافه ابداً ولم يطلع عليه
ايضاً يوم اتصلت بخصوص المكيف مايشتغل heat وجاء الفني وشيك عليه قالي خلاص بجيب لك دفاية وجلس ساعتين بعد مانمنا جاء بها وازعجنا
فالنهاية تجربة والله سيئة جدا وللغاية وانا نادم اشد الندم على مادفعته مقابل هذه الخدمة التي لم تكن تستحق ربع المبلغ والله

I stayed at Sofitel Al Khobar from January 28th to January 30th, and the experience was quietly exceptional in the way only true hospitality can be.
The hotel offers a rare combination of elegance, calm, and emotional rest. The surrounding streets were peaceful, the atmosphere unhurried, and the overall stay felt like a genuine pause from noise — not just physical noise, but mental noise as well.
What elevated the experience most was the human presence.
At the front desk, Fatima and Shomokh embodied authentic Saudi hospitality — warm, attentive, and naturally gracious, without performance or excess. Their welcoming attitude set the tone from the very first moment.
Equally memorable was the gentle lady at the breakfast entrance, whose cheerful greeting each morning reflected sincerity rather than routine. Small moments like these are what transform a hotel stay into a lasting memory.
The property itself is refined, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, but it is the people who give it soul.
Thank you to the Sofitel Al Khobar team for a stay that felt respectful, calming, and genuinely human. This is hospitality done with dignity.
