Categories

Cleanliness
7.6
Many guests reported the rooms were clean and comfortable, but there were a few notable negative incidents (smelly room, hair in tub, stained carpet) that lowered this score.
Service
8.9
Staff are frequently described as friendly and helpful; however, isolated reports of an annoyed or rude front-desk employee and a billing confusion temper the rating.
Location
9.2
Location repeatedly praised as excellent — close to stores and restaurants yet tucked away and easily accessible.
Room Quality
8.1
Rooms generally comfortable with good beds, but some issues reported (AC not staying on, noisy guests above, 1-ply toilet paper, weak in-room coffee) resulting in a slightly below-top score.
Amenities
8.3
Amenities such as a nice pool and general hotel facilities are positively mentioned; breakfast and Wi-Fi received mixed feedback (breakfast inconsistent, Wi‑Fi intermittent).
Value for Money
8
Guests commonly note good value for the price, though at least one booking/charge discrepancy and minor service hassles affected perceived value.
Food and Beverage
7.6
Breakfast experiences vary: some find it delicious, but multiple guests complained about limited choices, watery coffee, and missing items (e.g., bacon), lowering this score.
Overall Experience
9.5
Overall sentiment is positive with many guests saying they'd stay again and calling it a great stay; occasional service or room issues occurred but were often resolved, resulting in a strong overall impression.

Pros:

Location was perfect. I didn't see much of the area since it was an overnight stay and we were back on the road early in the morning. The night hostess was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast was lacking. Coffee tasted like flavored water. The choices for breakfast need upgrading! wish we could have enjoyed a better choice for breakfast, we skipped it.

Cons:

1st room smelled horrible, had to change rooms
2nd room had hair all in tub and on drain, stained red carpet in 2 places.
Booking said cost was $122.61 but hotel charged $135.06. I asked front desk clerk and had no idea why and said she couldn't change it.

Very pleased over all with my stay
Pros:

I liked the location. Close to lots of stores and restaurants but tucked away so we didn’t feel like we were right in the middle of lots of traffic and such

Cons:

I called the hotel prior to my stay to request a room on the front of the building. The employee I spoke to seemed annoyed with having to manage my call. Thank goodness the employee that I check in with was very pleasant.

My stay felt very unwelcomed! They need better staff there that loves people and knows how to interact with people.
Pros:

The location was wonderful

Cons:

My debit card was charged multiple times and the staff that checked me in (TValer) was very rude about it and told me she didn’t know what was going on and kept throwing her hands up like she didn’t want to be bothered! I only got things resolved when (Msolis) came on the next day. TValer also put me in a room that smelled horrible but allowed us to switch rooms.
