Really cute place, great location, comfy pillows and bed, and they gave me a beer when I checked in. I liked that the tv was turned on already. Easy check in and parking.
Wish I had more time to enjoy the property!
Very clean and walkable to all the attractions we went to.

The staff were nice. The room was clean.
The staff were wonderful... That is unfortunately the only thing that was. The bed was not "soft like a cloud", but soft like a cheap, unsupportive mattress, with pancake pillows and scratchy duvet. There were people running up and down the halls after midnight 2/3 nights I was there, and the lack of nose insulation between floors meant that the entire bed frame shook whenever someone opened/closed a door upstairs, or even walked overhead. On top of that I saw FOUR different, huge spiders on or directly above my bed—one of which woke me when it crawled across my arm. The coffee downstairs was fine, but in-room keurigs were the grossest, most acidic gut bomb "coffee" I have ever had. Seriously, in Seattle?! The food from the restaurant downstairs seemed frozen, and was definitely overpriced for what it was. I live here in the city, and am no stranger to our restaurant prices, but the quality was not great. The "art" in the hotel was reminiscent of a suburban housewife who loves early 2000s HGTV going wild in a TJ Maxx decor aisle during a fire sale. All in all, I needed a reset weekend on my own to to relax and recover from some recent stressors, instead, I got an uncomfortable bed, spider infestation, constantly woken by nose (and I slept with the same white noise machine I have at home, where I hear nothing over it, including planes, traffic, and trains at home), and subpar food. I work in an industry where we recommend places to stay to our artists when they are in town, and in the past I have recommended this hotel. I will not be doing so again
I loved this hotel. It was charming and cute. My room and entire hotel was clean. Loved the interior and the decor. The food was delicious. I liked the water bottles and the option to take a bike out for the day.
Hot tub facility would have been a nice option.
Great vibe and really fun decor.
Close to downtown. Safe area.
Staff was not very accommodating, was given attitude when asked about room service and extra towels. It’s a shame that we did not realise they only clean rooms on the 3rd stay. And a shame we were given attitude and also had to call twice to get towels.
Our stay was short—just one night. But everything was a 5 out of 5. The staff was helpful and friendly.
The hotel lobby and our room were quirky, chic, and very welcoming. We rested well on a very comfortable bed and loved the two duvet idea. The restaurant was a perfect solution for staying in on a rainy cold evening. And the food was delish.
We hope to return to your location, and we’ll look for other Staypineapple hotels when we travel. Thank you!
