Pros:

Excelente instalaciones, decoración y diseño vanguardista y cálido. Excelente ubicación. El personal muy atento y amable siempre.

The Maxwell was a cheerful easy stay with a great location.
Pros:

Everything was very clean so all the cute decor and touches stood out. There was a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room. The hotel was a couple blocks from the city center where there is lots to see and a great place to walk around and very close to the monorail, as well, to take you to pikes place.

Cons:

The only thing I could say is the bathroom lighting could be brighter and the night stand light could be dimmer. Otherwise everything was spot on.

Pros:

The room and bed were comfortable. There was a mini-fridge which was nice. The location was easily within walking distance of the Space Needle and other attractions.

Cons:

My only desire would be for a bike or elliptical in the gym. There were three treadmills and weights.

Comfy, safe, and close to SPU
Pros:

I've been placed in room 512 a few times and it's always such a good view! I wish that the hotel had a way of knowing someone is a repeat guest. I stay roughly 4-6 times a year at the same location and every time it's like I'm a brand new guest.

Pros:

The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean, smelled good and the decor was fantastic. O stayed here during my birthday weekend and they decorated my room which was a huge surprise that I appreciated so much. I will definitely be returning again, I am so in love with this place.

Overall, I liked the location and that the reservation issue was fixed, but the check-in experience could have been more organized and welcoming.

Cons:

My daughters and I arrived around 1:00 p.m. and asked if we could at least park our car in the hotel parking lot, which was helpful. The staff member who assisted me corrected an issue with my reservation, as my first and last names were entered incorrectly. I appreciated that this was corrected quickly.

The hotel location was nice because my girls and I were able to walk around downtown while waiting for our room. The area felt convenient and gave us something to do while we waited.

However, our room was not ready at check-in time. We returned at 4:00 p.m. and were told to keep waiting for a text or email, while other guests who arrived after us were receiving their rooms. After asking again around 4:30 p.m., we were moved to another room. The check-in process felt confusing, and I would have appreciated clearer communication about the delay. In the room, we killed a nasty, white, crawling bug.

Good weekend spot at great value.
Pros:

Great location, excellent staff, and a wonderful room with a fabulous European-style duvet. I also loved Dash the dog! It was very comfortable.

Comfy bed with view of Space Needle! Perfect!

Perfect place to stay - my room looked out onto the Space Needle. Bed was comfy and love the comforters. Enjoyed the bistro for dinner. Will definitely stay again when in Seattle!

Perfect place and location for going to events in Seattle Center.
Pros:

Our stay was very comfortable and the staff super helpful. The room clean and quiet. The atmosphere this time of year was very layback. It is a great location to the Seattle Rep and other activities in Seattle Center.
