Die Unterkunft hat den Rechnungsbetrag von der Kaution einbehalten, obwohl dies bereits direkt über booking.com beglichen wurde. Trotz mehrfacher Versuche mir der Serviceline von booking konnte das Problem bis heute, 2 Monate später, nicht behoben werden.

Newly renovated

Cons:

Very poorly insulated, with new floors you could hear the family with kids running, high heels all well after 11pm oh, and we know a few people left at 4:30am because you could hear them talking in the hall and the door slamming several times. There is a gap under the door. Guessing due to the new floors instead of carpet. Let’s just say not a good night sleep for over $300.

Typiskt businesshotell med allt som behövs för en smidig vistelse.

Cons:

Hög volym från TV:n vid frukosten och ganska lyhört mellan rummen – jag hörde TV från grannrummen under natten. Aircondition-systemet var dessutom gammalt och mycket högljutt, vilket gjorde det svårt att sova.

Overall decent stay, breakfast was good and often replenished. Hotel is clean and staff is friendly.

Cons:

The hotel is undergoing reservations and equipment was everywhere. It looked so messy especially since i didn't see anyone working. The room we were in recently got new vinyl floors. I wish there were area rugs added too. Nothing worse than walking on hard flooring. Now that the rooms are getting hard flooring the noise from the rooms above is very loud, footsteps, furniture sliding back and forth. It was difficult sleeping with the noise level.
I was not given an invoice at check out and was not emailed an invoice as the employee said I would.

I’m very surprised, and feel extremely taken advantage of
Pros:

I am curious to understand why the team, managers etc did not care about our frustration and why the excuses, I understand updates are necessary but it was poorly managed and the seemed in apoplectic. Hyatt has a wonderful reputation and I have stayed in many across different states. I have never felt the disappointment that I feel about the amount of money they charged for staying under that many updates to the facility, it was extremely disappointing. They offered nothing in return only to say “There is nothing we can do about that” water damage, mold, putrid smells everywhere, dust. Etc.
You get in return for over 200 dollars a night! 🫣
