Good location but bad rooms
Pros:

The best thing about this place is its central location to Stratford, Bridgeport and Milford. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well. Our room had a view of the ductwork. When we asked for a different room we were told that none were available unless we wanted to pay an upgrade. The hotel did not appear full. The hotel is under renovation which was not listed when we made reservations. Rooms are tired and bare bones. We didn't have hot water and were told we might need to change rooms but there would be a wait even though we had an event to attend. Thankfully, the engineer was able to restore the hot water. Breakfast isn't worth it. Coffee was good and the bed was comfortable. Also, check your statement. We were charged for an upgrade that we didn't use. Will stay elsewhere on future visits.

A lively spot to spend the night

Short but nice

AT TIME OF BOOKING - I HAD QUESTIONS AND THE GENTLEMAN ON THE LINE SEEMED DISPLEASED WITH THE FACT THAT I WAS TRYING TO SAVE MYSELF MONEY BY BOOKING THROUGH A THIRD PARTY INSTEAD OF HIM/THE HOTEL DIRECTLY! THE BED WAS NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL. OTHER THAN THAT I ENJOYED MY OVERNIGHT STAY

Pros:

Walk-in shower, tv rotates, staff was pleasant, pretty clean in the room.

Cons:

No soap in bathroom to wash hands. Cushions on couch move when you sit. The least favorite was the sheets had lint balls on it so not very comfortable against your skin, felt 'rough'.

Not what I expected for Hyatt chain
Pros:

Room was clean & quiet. staff was friendly.

Hotel itself tho was run down - elevators and corridors were dirty. there was a sign on the elevators that said "dont press the buttons with a lot if force or they can break ? ! not sure what the clientele at this hotel is like to have that there.

Never got a chance to try breakfast so cannot comment there.

Anyway , was ok for a couple nights for work in the area but probably wont stay there again.
