Hotel was nice and clean
Breakfast was very expensive
Due to big thunderstorms, my plane was cancelled and I arrived after midnight (12:20a.m.) on a different flight. There were no taxis available and for some reason Lyft and Uber were unavailable for this airport. So, I called the hotel and explained my situation. Thought their shuttle stops at midnight, they sent their shuttle anyway. I was very grateful for their great customer help and service.

The walls were not too thick, since I somewhat stayed awake when trying to sleep because I could hear television on in one of the rooms.
The location was excellent. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holiday. The room was clean.
Breakfast was a terrible value for the cost. The pastries were stale and very disappointing. While staff were pleasant, there were a couple issues. The midnight check in clerk struggled to get us checked in and we ended up spending a long time standing at the check in desk at 2am after a very long delayed flight. The next morning we had a knock on our door 45 minutes before checkout time by the housekeeper to see if we were still in the unit. Although she reiterated there was no rush, the experience made us feel very rushed.
The woman at the front desk was amazing. Friendly and so nice.

Furniture was in very bad shape. Surfaces in room were sticky. Carpet was dirty. We were there 6 nights, and housekeeping never cleaned our room, even after I requested it. Had to take our own garbage out daily.
