Pros:

The location is convenient and close to the airport, and the staff was great. The property itself, however, is in serious need of renovation. The rooms and hallways feel very dated, and the furniture should be replaced throughout. Bottom line: the hotel needs a major update. Other than that, the location and staff were both excellent. But if this property is going to carry the Hilton Garden Inn name, it really needs a full renovation. 80

Overnight. Room fine. Paying for a guide dog puppy intraining (Dogs inc) unacceptable.

charged $75 for a Dogs inc guide dog puppy in training. This was after showing the Access card with the Florida statute.413.08
I called the customer service line afterward and was told each hotels sets their own policy. This is the first time in 37 years of raising guide dog puppies I had to pay for access.

Great customer service
Pros:

Due to big thunderstorms, my plane was cancelled and I arrived after midnight (12:20a.m.) on a different flight. There were no taxis available and for some reason Lyft and Uber were unavailable for this airport. So, I called the hotel and explained my situation. Thought their shuttle stops at midnight, they sent their shuttle anyway. I was very grateful for their great customer help and service.
