Overall a nice stay at a good price point
Pros:

The rooms are nice and the lounge area is really nice, and the breakfast was good as well. It's close to many access points in College Station.

Cons:

I've been in this hotel a few times. They key is to put some investment into the pool. It needs some maintenance and upkeep. Change the landscaping to shrubs and trees that don't shed so many leaves etc. that go into the pool. Use evergreen shrubs and trees. Fix the brick coping on the edge of the pool. This is a nice amenity but isn't to the standard of the hotel itself.

It was good just needed to be cleaned better.
Pros:

I came to College Station for a graduation at the Reed arena. The location was great! The price for 2 days was great! Breakfast was good!

Cons:

My room wasn't clean. The shower curtain had hair on it. The tub had hair. So I asked for cleaning supplies and cleaned it myself. The desk drawer has clothes left inside. The furniture had stains and the window curtain had stains. I wanted to use the hot tub. The pool was closed for maintenance.

Considering what we paid, I was very disappointed with the hotel. I wish I had photos to share.
Pros:

The location worked well for us. It was fairly convenient to A & M. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The pool area was a train wreck. The spa was green and not able to use. The pool coping was broken and needed repair. Most chairs in the pool area had torn fabric and not able to use. Generally, the pool area needs a lot of attention.
The room needs updating. The threshold was loose. The paint needed to be freshened up, particularly around the door. The TV remote would not turn on the TV. The soap dispenser in the shower did not work. Basically, someone is not paying attention to the details. This is not a 3-star hotel. At best, a 2-star. As far as value goes, we paid $155 and was not worth $100. I would not stay here again and would not recommend the hotel.

Poorly maintained property, not very clean, holes in the sheets and blanket they provided for the pull out bed (which was like a medieval torture device). Friendly enough staff who tried to help but not nearly enough of them, not terribly professional. Just generally very poorly run place.

Our hotel was beautiful, extremely clean, beds were cozy and so comfortable, staff was friendly!
Pros:

The breakfast consisted of hot biscuits & sausage gravy, oatmeal, various cold cereals, milk, yogurt, boiled eggs, waffle machine, pastries, juice, coffee, & fresh fruit! What more could you want! Delicious!

Cons:

I can’t think of a thing that could have been better! Great place! Great town!
Staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome and at ease!
I’ll be coming back to stay!

Good location. Horrible cleanliness and lack of concern from the staff.
Pros:

Linda, at the front desk, was very friendly and checked us in promptly.

Cons:

The property was t very clean. Our bed covers were stained under the duvet cover. This morning, I grabbed a towel from under the cabinet in our bathroom and it was stained with moldy black marks.
The pool area had broken bricks, grass growing up through concrete, and discarded cans lying around the perimeter. Our thermostat in our room wouldn’t show the temp in the room and it would not change off of cold. The TV remote wouldn’t work.
