It was a quick trip and very good experience.
Pros:

Wonderful staff! I had to leave by 7 - so helped me get a breakfast and on the road.

Cons:

Missing part of coffee machine -tray,but I did not call down to get them to bring one just waited for breakfast

Pros:

It was very spacious and clean.

Cons:

When I got there my reservation had been canceled. No reason as to why. They wanted to send me to another hotel. Long story short they were able to get me a room BUT I was double charged. I went to the front desk to let them know. They couldn't give me an answer as to why double charged or as to when I would get my reimbursement . All they told me was to check within a few days or to call my bank 🤦‍♀️Not what I expected.

Doable for 2 nights, expensive, dated, cleaning could be better.

Very friendly staff, plenty of parking outside, breakfast minimal but optimal. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this stay fell well below expectations, especially given the price point. The property is severely outdated, with worn hallways and dirty-looking carpets. The room suffered from severe humidity issues—the sheets and floors felt constantly damp despite dry weather outside. Additionally, the AC unit was extremely loud, waking us up throughout the night, and the bathtub drained very slowly, backing up within minutes. To top it off, the Wi-Fi on the 3rd floor was essentially unusable, registering only a single bar right by the door and nothing at the desk. At this price, the quality felt more comparable to a budget motel.

Pros:

Breakfast was delicious, the rooms were generally clean. The location was perfect for game day too. The staff was very helpful and the environment was calm and peaceful after a hectic day.

Cons:

The electric outlets were not working properly by the bed side. The hotel seems to have just been remodeled.
