Great staff, nice rooms, good ;ocation
Like everything in College Station, the price was too high
Staff extremely supportive and attentive. Check in very smooth. Lobby and open areas relaxing and clean. Outside grounds clean and well maintained
Breakfast not appetizing. Room maintenance. Bathroom backflow in two units. Had to be relocated.
Location was great and the staff were friendly.
.
The hotel was not updated and paint peeling off doors and desk. The bathtub had a permanent stain in the tub and the pull out sofa had a urine stain on the mattress. The carpet in the hallway was coming up causing a tripping hazard. Price increase since it was family weekend at A&M. Not worth the money.

Amazing rooms with great customer service
Lenijah is hella Friendly! Helpful and knew the answers to all my questions.
Very accommodating and helpful…great stay
Nothing
We were booked in a room number that did not exist. Staff takes us up to stairs to a room with no room number, opens the door, tells us it our room. However, the room was already occupied, a man comes to the door rightfully upset. Apparently he went through the same situation. The staff gives us another room directly across the hall. An hour later, another staff member knocks on her door, tells us we're not supposed to be there, his record shows that the room is unoccupied. And proceeds to treats us as if we have no right to be there. Apparently the prior staff members didn't log the information. An hour and a half later, after midnight, the issue was resolved. Needless to say, we did not sleep well because we were in fear of someone entering our room.
Staff were nice and complimentary breakfast was good enough.
The door to my room was propped open when I got to it, an unfinished starbucks drink was left in the fridge in my room, and there was no hand soap in the bathroom. Outside noise woke me up multiple times.
Nice stay clean room and friendly employees
Smelled horrible in the hallways and at times in the room from someone smoking in a room around us. There was an altercation one of the nights between someone who had already checked in and their room was given to someone else and it was very loud and disturbing. I feel the front desk clerk needs some more training on some things and our room key was very difficult to get to work you had push it in and wiggle it around for a few times before it would actually unlock .
