Comfy and friendly stay in Lordsburg.
Pros:

Very friendly and accommodating staff!! Beds were comfy and there room was spacious! Breakfast was delicious and the coffee, wow, delicious coffee to start the day!

Facility poorly maintained

Not much - The last time (in February of 2026) that I booked this facility, after booking, I was told the elevator was still not working. I canceled the reservation and stayed in another city. The elevator was also broken when we stayed there back in November of 2026. We had to stay there that night because of our late arrival and climb the stairs. No one told us the elevator was out. I will never stay there again.

Cons:

The last time (in February of 2026) that I booked this facility, after booking, I was told the elevator was still not working. I canceled the reservation and stayed in another city. The elevator was also broken when we stayed there back in November of 2026. We had to stay there and climb the stairs. I will never stay there again.

Nice place as long as you can handle stairs.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast and comfortable beds. Just wish the elevator was operational. 😑

Pros:

Great hotel. Clean, large rooms with great lighting. A/C. worked really well. Breakfast was good. Surprisingly, the coffee was good. This was our 5th stay of the week and the coffee has been just awful. Staff was great.

It did the job but I wasn't particularly impressed.
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast but it was available if I wanted it. Location was decent. Right next to a McDonald's if you want it. Not too far from the highway. Bed was decent and the room was clean enough.

Cons:

Check-in took longer than I expected. It didn't help that I was carrying all my luggage. The elevator was not working so I had to walk all the way to the end of the building to take the stairs. Fortunately I was only on the 2nd floor. The shower didn't get as hot as I wanted it to get.

If the elevator was working thet would have rated an “excellent” on everything!
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was VERY helpful, especially the lady who ran the breakfast! It was very nice to have a hot breakfast!

Cons:

The elevator didn’t work. They were waiting on a part.

First and last time I will stay at a Hampton Suites
Pros:

The staff was nice and accommodating.

Cons:

The smell of construction was very strong and had trouble sleeping due to the smell. I almost went to sleep in my vehicle.
I also didn't like that you could only get ice from level 1 AND you needed your room key to get ice.
The elevator was not working, so I had to use the stairs, and usually that doesn't matter, but the trash (beer bottles and cartons) left in the stairways was not very reassuring to me.

Just Passing Through
Pros:

We're headed home and just passing through needed a simple place to spend the night, of course we can always count on the Hampton Inns. Room was very clean and quiet easy on and off ramp from the freeway customer service was excellent. Reasonably valued price and the noise level was extremely quiet got a good night's rest before a long drive home.
