Ein perfektes Hotel, in dem man gern länger verweilt!
Pros:

Wenn jemand ein perfektes Hotel sucht, dann ist es das Romance Hotel Hue. Wir,meine Frau und ich, verbrachten hier leider nur 3 Nächte, vom 13. bis 16. Februar 2026, aber es war ein vollkommen gelungener Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war ausgezeichnet und hatte sehr guten Komfort, freistehende Badewanne, Dusche, Balkon etc. und es wurden nur hochwertige Materialien verbaut! Pool auf den Dach und Sky-Bar. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und für jeden Geschmack ist gesorgt. Aber der Höhepunkt ist das freundliche, hilfsbereite und kompetente Personal in allen Bereichen des Hotels. Besonders möchten wir uns hier bei Frau Dang von der Rezeption bedanken, die uns herzlich begrüßte und trotz Tet-fest zusätzlich unseren Transport zu den Ba Na Hills und Goldene Brücke und nach Hoi An organisierte!!! Wenn wir nicht wegen Termin weiter reisen müssten wären wir gern noch geblieben. Volle Punktzahl!

Big suite, but queen size bed, not super comfortable. Voucher to the hotel Spa BUT couldn't select the care I wanted.

Fanstastci stay in Hue
Pros:

I think this hotel offers some extras I’ve never experienced before. If you stay a minimum of three nights, you receive three pieces of laundry washed per day and one massage at their spa (please tip the masseuse!). The breakfast buffet satisfies both locals and Western guests and comes with a great view over the city. An extra plus: the friendliest staff I’ve met in a long time at a hotel. Special thanks to the reception team for helping me with my cellphone problem during check-in.

Definitely recommend this hotel
Pros:

Great hotel and friendly staff. Location is perfect - close to the restaurants and riverwalk but in the quite street. Luggage storage is available after check-out. Also, there is a great cafe in the hotel with tasty food and ok prices. If I would go to Hue again, I would definitely stay in this hotel once more.

Geweldig verblijf, zou het iedereen aanraden!
Pros:

Alles! Wat een top hotel. Ruime kamer, heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt, top locatie, vriendelijk personeel en een super lekker bed!! Wij zijn helemaal bijgekomen.

Cons:

Je doucht in een bad waar je naar beneden in moest stappen. Aandachtspuntje als je slecht ter been bent.

Happy with our short stay.
Pros:

Only stayed one night as we was passing through Hue but from what we saw we were very impressed, as you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff. The room was really big, there was a slight smell of damp but not over bearing. The bed was ok a little hard for our liking but this seem to be the normal all the hotels we have stayed in this trip. The breakfast was good plenty of choice. Impressed with our short stay.

Hôtel très confortable, propre, personnel très attentionné, souriant et aidant, bonne situation/ centre ville.
Piscine de bonne taille, massages de professionnels, (nous recommandons)1 sur 2 offert, petits déjeuners très variés, de qualité et copieux.
Le Luna café au pied, excellents eggs coffee.
