Pros:

stayed at Romance Hotel in Hue and found it to be conveniently located, making it easy to get around the city. There’s a lively walking street nearby with plenty of food options and a nice atmosphere in the evenings.

The room was spacious with a city view, though there isn’t much in terms of scenery due to the central location. Breakfast was average—nothing special, but sufficient to start the day.

Hue itself has an old-city charm, but most of the main attractions can be covered within a day. For that reason, a one-night stay is usually enough.

Overall, a practical choice for a short stay with easy access to nearby food and city spots.

Op toplocatie en toch rustig
Pros:

Ruime comfortabele kamer met alle aanwezige benodigdheden. Ligt op toplocatie dicht bij restaurants en bars, maar net om de hoek, zodat je toch van rust kunt genieten. Personeel was super vriendelijk. Heel uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

Séjour confortable et proche du centre
Pros:

Hôtel de 10 étages, chambre spacieuse et confortable, salle de bains avec douche et baignoire, petit déjeuner au dernier étage sucré salé, proche de la rivière et du pont donnant accès à la citadelle, personnel professionnel.
En restant 4 jours, un massage est offert ainsi que le lavage d’une dizaine de vêtements. C’est appréciable. Le restaurant du Rez de chaussée est très bien

Cons:

Peu de climatisation dans la salle du petit déjeuner .

應該連一星都不到,最基本待客之道都沒有…,在職場上反應出的就是員工職業素質不佳,且這家飯店的主管會「道德綁架/軟式威脅」...,真的感覺到管理非常不好,真的非常不配獲得四星級飯店。

一.飯店應已知住客量,甚至可能知道團體旅客集體退房時間點,以這樣的數據去安排4/7早餐餐點及座位,那不管飯店空調是否壞掉,都應該安排對應之下最大容量及適宜溫度給客人用餐才對不是嗎?
1-1.飯店做法及說法:做法~包廂冷氣壞掉,直接封閉可連通開通使用的包廂空間,讓現場客人沒有位子坐下來好好吃個早餐?或得問他人拼桌?說法~4/6冷氣沒壞掉,4/7一早才壞掉的,所以封閉包廂(這空調問題居然已知,就該趕快調配移動式冷氣、電風扇等等降溫器具使用,可以見得浪漫飯店真的不具備最基本的待客之道,四星級飯店的各類不良事件的事前推演演練應對計畫,更別提這樣突發狀況的事前教育訓練,更甚至是主管及員工臨場問題之即時反應及處理了,真的不配四星級)。

1-2.飯店做法:讓客人自己問飯店人員可以開通包廂來坐嗎?而不是主動解決問題((這空間安排應該事前就準備好(如:1-1.) 或適時主動提供包廂開通空間出來,客人站著、找著沒位子才對不是嗎?(真的事前演練及臨場反應及處理))。

1-3.飯店做法:開通包廂空間,悶熱的不行,就一句冷氣機壞掉了,可以接受嗎?的解釋而已?解釋完就不理客人了…(不是應該就趕快拿移動式冷氣或電風扇等降溫電器出來待客嗎?)(一般人在家遇到這樣應該都會不好意思,並且趕快好好接待客人吧?,所以連基本的待客之道都沒有…)。

1-4.飯店做法:非包廂空間,有冷氣有電風扇,開通後的包廂空間悶熱,確連個電風扇調節溫度都沒有?(真的基本待客之道都沒有,如:1-3.)。

二.主管的出現應該是解決問題,而不是讓客人要主動提才有,沒提就不是一回事,更不能「道德綁架/軟式威脅」...
2-1.餐廳小主管的解釋: 4/6冷氣沒壞掉,4/7一早才壞掉的,所以封閉包廂,前後也有告知三次冷氣壞掉,客人仍要坐包廂內的,後續有詢問是否移出包廂(已知住客量,一早知冷氣壞掉,就該應變最大容客量還有各類降溫器具,非讓客人沒有位子坐,解釋冷氣壞掉了,我們沒位子坐當然還是坐包廂,那就該趕快備電風扇等流通室內溫度,我們沒提就沒有電扇,我都吃完了才來問移位置…;真的此店基本待客之道都沒有,職業素質不佳)。

2-2.飯店日班某主管聽到google評價會給差評的回應:一位員工的不上心,造成這狀況,真的很抱歉,但客人你這樣我們餐廳的廚師不是外場的人員都會被扣薪水三個月(這位主管把問題推給一個員工,真的整體教育訓練非常不好,且她不但沒有解決問題的解釋與能力,有的確是「道德綁架/軟式威脅」...,真的讓人覺得火上澆油,火氣更大)。

這家飯店要送的欠禮,堅決不收,這樣會「道德綁架/軟式威脅」...的管理,真的非常不佳。

It's probably not even a one-star hotel. They lacked basic hospitality… This reflects poorly on the staff's professionalism, and the hotel management used "moral blackmail/soft threats"... The management was truly terrible, and they don't deserve a four-star rating.

1. The hotel should have known the number of guests, and possibly even the group check-out time. With this data, how should they arrange breakfast and seating for April 7th? Regardless of whether the air conditioning was broken, shouldn't they have provided maximum capacity and a comfortable temperature for guests?

1-1. Hotel's actions and explanation: The hotel's actions included closing off the interconnected private rooms because the air conditioning was broken, leaving guests with no seats to enjoy breakfast, or forcing them to share a table? The explanation given is that the air conditioning wasn't broken on April 6th, but only broke down early on April 7th, hence the closure of the private rooms. (The fact that they knew about the air conditioning problem shows they should have quickly deployed portable air conditioners, fans, and other cooling equipment. This demonstrates the hotel's lack of basic hospitality. A four-star hotel's pre-event planning and response to various incidents is inadequate, let alone pre-event training for such emergencies, or even the immediate response and handling of problems by managers and staff. It truly doesn't deserve a four-star rating.)

1-2. Hotel's approach: They made guests ask hotel staff if a private room could be opened, instead of proactively addressing the issue. (This space arrangement should have been prepared in advance (e.g., 1-1.) Or, proactively offer open private rooms when appropriate. Shouldn't it be the case that guests are standing and searching for seats? (This demonstrates genuine pre-planning and on-the-spot response and handling.)

1-3. Restaurant Practice: Opening up a private room, which is unbearably hot, and then simply explaining that the air conditioner is broken, asking if that's acceptable? After that explanation, they ignore the guests… (Shouldn't they immediately bring out portable air conditioners or fans to cool the room?) (Most people would feel embarrassed in this situation at home and would quickly and attentively serve the guests, right? So, they lack even basic hospitality…)

1-4. Restaurant Practice: In non-private rooms, there is air conditioning and fans, but the opened private room is unbearably hot, yet they don't even have a fan to regulate the temperature? (This demonstrates a complete lack of basic hospitality, as in 1-3.)

II. A manager's role should be to solve problems, not to make guests bring it up. If they don't bring it up, it's a different story, and certainly not through "moral blackmail/soft threats"...

2-1. The restaurant junior manager's explanation: The air conditioning wasn't broken on April 6th, but it broke down early on April 7th. Therefore, the private rooms were closed. We were informed three times that the air conditioning was broken, but guests still insisted on sitting in the private rooms. Later, when we asked if we wanted to move out of the private rooms (given the number of guests, knowing the air conditioning was broken early on, they should have increased capacity and added various cooling devices, instead of leaving guests without seats. They explained the air conditioning was broken, and since we had no seats, we naturally stayed in the private rooms. They should have quickly prepared fans to circulate the room temperature, but they didn't mention it and didn't provide fans. I had already finished eating when they came to ask about moving us…; this restaurant really lacks basic hospitality and professionalism).

2-2. A certain manager on the day shift at the restaurant The manager responded to Google reviews that would likely result in a negative rating: "I'm truly sorry that an employee's negligence caused this situation, but if you act this way, all our restaurant's chefs (excluding front-of-house staff) will have their salaries docked for three months." (This manager shifted the blame to one employee, demonstrating a very poor overall training system. Not only did she lack the explanation and ability to resolve the issue, but she also resorted to "moral blackmail/soft threats," which only exacerbated the situation and made me even angrier.)

This restaurant refused to accept any gifts they offered, resorting to "moral blackmail/soft threats"—this kind of management is truly terrible.

Hotel in pieno centro di Hue comodo per visitare la città e il lungo lago. L' hotel è moderno e pulito,inoltre la nostra stanza aveva anche il balcone piuttosto raro in Vietnam. Colazione abbondante e varia. Il prezzo ottimo per i servizi offerti e per la posizione.
