Location. I brought my grandson in to attend a baseball game. Hotel was directly across the street.

Cons:

Elevators not working. There are three elevators but only one was working the first night. The second night they had two working. Lines waiting to use the elevator is not what guests want to see.
It was my grandson and myself staying. There was one bed and one had a pull out sofa bed. When we checked in and got to our room we had to pull out the sofa bed, which was understandable but there were no additional sheets or blankets. We went to the desk and asked for a set and was told it would be about 20 minutes. We waited the 20 minutes then left to get dinner. When we returned the sheets and blanket were sitting on the bed waiting for us to make the bed. Not a huge deal but as guests we expected the bed to be made for us.
The parking was a small issue. The access point to park was very narrow. Not sure how bigger cars make it without leaving paint behind and the hotel should provide mirrors at the archway when exiting onto the street. You can’t see anyone walking along the sidewalk or cars coming down the street. A relatively small item but an area of improvement.

Not up to standards I’ve come to expect from Marriott properties.
Pros:

In Pittsburgh for family funeral and really looking for a clean and comfortable place to sleep. Rooms are not well maintained and cleaned. Mattresses all in need of replacement. Certainly not up to the standards of what I’ve come to expect from Marriott properties.
