Pros:

The location right next to PNC Park and other areas to visit. The staff is always nice and helpful.

Cons:

The carpet in our room is tearing up by kitchen area. The door on the bathroom would not shut (hinges are bent). This door was like this last year when I stayed in this same room and I did report it to the front desk. I do think they are doing some renovations at this present time too though.

Great location, Arlene was amazing, everyone was friendly, loved ease of check in and parking
Pros:

Arlene was amazing and sweet. Room was fantastic, location was great.

Cons:

There was a fun run/walk by the hotel and so we were not permitted to exit until noon. The staff told me a back way to exit but would have been nice to know that while making the reservation.

Great experience!! Comfortable rooms! Plenty of space!!
Pros:

The location is great!! For baseball or football, it’s in walking distance!! Walk across the bridge and your right downtown to explore!! Excellent breakfast every morning!! This is the only place we stay when we come to Pittsburgh!!

Check in fiasco
Pros:

Room was nice, but not clean even though we couldn't check in on time because "THEY WERE CLEANING THE ROOM.
Nice to be right across from the ballfield.

Cons:

Check in NIGHTMARE, because our rooms weren't ready we missed our dinner reservation, left for the ballgame before we could check-in because they're we're approximately 40 people waiting to check in. Air was broken in lobby, sweltering hot. The manager let us change clothes in a closet so we could get to the ballgame. They did comp our parking.

Very convenient to PNC Park. That was the reason for the trip/stay.

Cons:

Would really liked to have had two beds instead of a bed and a pullout. The pullout was very uncomfortable.

Mission accomplished, enjoyed the game and night life around the hotel.

Location was perfect as we came for a Pirates game. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Cons:
