Renovations , highly annoying & disruptive!

We booked a 2-bedroom suite for my husband and me and our 4 adult children and were excited to be staying together. However, upon check-in, we were notified that no 2-bedroom suites were available, so we were given 2 rooms instead. The staff was rude and blamed the change on ongoing renovations and using a third-party booking site.

The bathroom floors were sticky, and there was mold and hair in the tub. My plumber husband fixed the running toilet, but we called maintenance to look at the leaking showerhead. He even agreed that housekeeping should come through to clean again.

The comforter had brown stains on it, as if the previous guest had a bloody nose. The breakfast area was clean, and the food was okay, but the staff was lazy and couldn’t make more coffee when they ran out 45 minutes before the end of the breakfast shift.

Overall, we had a bad experience and would prefer to stay in an Airbnb next time so we can all be together.

Construction made getting around and getting breakfast difficult. Our room did not seem to have hot water and when we tried to call the front desk nobody ever answered both when called from the in room phone and when we called the hotel from our cell phones. There was a slight chemical/burning smell at times as well.

It was under construction. A mess. Had to go out of doors to access the elevators and rooms from the lobby. There was trouble with the elevators. The hairdryer broke in my hand. One day the water was luke warm for my shower.

Was supposed to have a city view and I had a great view of two interstate overpasses that came with plenty of traffic and noise. Construction on the hotel itself. Old furniture. Terrible mattress !!! Outdated shower/tub facilities.

Construction going on. Should look into changing parking policy. I rented a suite with 4 adults and 2 cars. O ly 1 car per reservation. So I had to pay 30 for overnight parking . Would love e to have that reimbursed since nowhere does it state that in your ad. Thank you

My only recommendation is that the furniture be cleaned more often and better to get stains out of the cushions. Also the pull out bed mattress could be updated, a little rough to sleep on.

When we tried to check in our room wasn't even ready and we weren't allowed to get in our room until 7:00 p.m. that was crazy since we did 13 hours of driving to get there and I had two small children that aren't handling sitting in the car and the lobby very well. Also when we finally did get into our room it hadn't been cleaned properly. We had to have somebody come back up to clean the room. You could see the cleaning spray all over the stove, and the side table on the left bedroom had sticky stuff all over it. It won't let me add the video I took of the sticky table. Unfortunately I don't have a standstill picture of it. But I did show the front desk. Also when booking the room there wasn't anything that said anything about paying for parking. It said there was a parking available, but did not say there was a cost that was a surprise extra cost for two nights.

Room was definitely not cleaned thoroughly. A LOT of dirt and crumbs on the floor under the ledge of the bathroom sink. There was also a lot of hair on the bathroom floor and a piece of trash that wasn't picked up.

The check in line was long.
The makeshift breakfast area was crowded and too warm. The breakfast not great. The room was looking a little rundown. I prefer no carpet in hotel rooms

Lobby and dining under construction. Difficult to come and go. Breakfast employees seemed to stand around chatting a lot. Bathroom dates and shower faucet dripped.

Not as clean as expected. No outside sitting areas.

Parking lot full, cars parked every which way, very hard to navigate
