Customer service is non-existent. They state call 24 hours before arriving... they never call back. All aspect of condo are dated and worn. We were locked out of our room 1 day early, they had the wrong discharge date even after paid and confirmed reservation. Took over 2 hours to straighten out. Again if Customer service is important to you, choose elsewhere.

No front desk, no on site staff. Phone calls go unanswered. Frustrating trying to get basic information. Would not stay again

Exceeded our expectations. Beautiful property in a quiet, peaceful part of Ocean City. The view of the bay was gorgeous and the pool was clean. We even had a little turtle visitor while at the pool. The condo was cozy, clean, and had plenty of space for my family of 4. We definitely plan on visiting again.

Everything was perfect with this property, but I do wish there was a recycling option there.

Everything was fine except for the Wi-Fi. Called to report never told someone would contact me. Never had anyone call back

Lots of room. Beautiful view. Very comfortable.

Condo was nice. Bedding and bath towels included. Washer and dryer so we could wash our towels when needed. We did have an issue with the ac not working. Called and they had the ac guy come out around 11pm on Friday night. Was okay for the night but by the next evening it wasn’t working again. Called again and within minutes we were given a condo across the hall to use for the night. We didn’t have to move our things since we were leaving the next morning. Very happy overall with everything! Would definitely stay again!

The check in and check out process was absolutely ridiculous. To check in I had to call 3 times to finally be told what unit I was in and the code for the door. Check out was 10am. We were loading our car and got locked out of the door at 9:30am so I called and “they had no record of my stay” even though I had been there for 5 days. They put me on hold and hung up and I had to call back 30 minutes later while waiting the entire time in the hot hallway just to get our two bags left in the room. I suggest getting everything out in one trip while checking out.

We loved it wish we stayed longer i need the break after losing my sister and this place gave me the peace of mind i needed. Wish it had a over head so even when it rained you could sit on balcony but it didnt.

We were very happy with the place. It was very clean, well equipped with all the essentials and had a beautiful view of the bay!

However, the check in process was very poor. I received no check-in instructions at all. The day of check-in there was miscommunication between VRBO and the property manager, Lucayan Resort and it took many calls to make sure we had booked the place. I would definitely stay here again as long as the check-in process was improved!

We stayed for a family vacation. The staff was wonderful both on site and over the phone. The layout was perfect for our family of five and we loved the balcony access from every room. The pool was great and COVID guidelines were strictly enforced. Some of the furniture was a bit worn and there was some sand in the unit missed by housekeeping prior to our stay, but none of those things were huge. We had a good view of the water and could walk to many places. A great option for families looking for space, privacy, amenities and fun.

It's a decent place for a family vacation. I always have lower expectations when I go to the shore. The view and location we're nice. The place had I number of repairs which were poor quality craftsmanship that I wouldn't tolerate in my own home.

It was a great stay in a quiet area. Very relaxing!

The property was really nice and everything was clean. there is no staff onsite which made it challenging when you had questions after hours. for the most part will definitely stay again.

Arrived to find Master bathroom door sticking at the top so could not close and lock door
Also found toilet running in Master bathroom
Took lid off and adjusted chain
Last day was getting very little hot water coming out of Master bathroom tub faucet, had to use other shower
Check in day we did not have signals on TV’s had to wait till the next day for maintenance to come and fix
Stove burner dial fell off as soon as we tried to use it
Pantry door was hard to close because of screw hanging down to low in track
Pool and pool area was very good

This property has everything you would ever need to stay far away from home. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, plates cups silverware, cooking pans, you really don’t have to bring any household items. There’s shampoo and body wash in both of the bathrooms. No detergent for the washer so you would have to bring your own. Our washer stopped working on the second day but other than that it was amazing. The pool was a plus too and if you use it at night it’s lit up purple. It ranges from 3 feet at one end and 5 at the other so it’s great for kids. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

The condo was well equipped with two bathrooms, washer/dryer (great for after the beach) and kitchen. Kids were in the pool everyday. My wife and kids had such a great time that they all want to come back every year.

The hospitality manager Julie S. Is the absolute worst!!! Very rude and unprofessional. For her lack of customer service I will Not return again.
